  • A Dream Rental in Playa!!!

"Where do I begin?! Mark and Laurie have such a wonderful home and we felt immediately like it was our own. The Moskito property management team are consummate professionals and were on-hand for questions, suggestions, etc. throughout our entire stay. The location is perfect; close walk to a public beach with a pretty private feel which was really nice. Similarly close walk to 5th Avenue with an endless array of shops, restaurants, bars, and other entertainment options. The information binder that Laurie created and left in the condo for our reference was so painstakingly maintained that we really were never at a loss for suggestions on things to do, places to see, etc. We can't wait to come back and continue exploring all of the stuff we didn't get to during our short 1-week stay! I have already recommended the Rosa Blanca condo to a few friends planning their own vacations and after looking at our pictures and the cozy (yet spacious) accommodations, they are very excited to book their own trips! One suggestion: definitely try and venture off of 5th Avenue; we found so much delicious food on 10th Avenue and also were pleasantly surprised at how much cheaper gifts are "off the strip". Check out Manne's Biergarten on Calle 4 Norte between 10th and 15th Avenues; nice little back patio area to enjoy drinks! Laurie was so pleasant to work with (as was Laura with Moskito), that it really took ALL of the stress out of vacation planning. We cannot wait to return to Playa and look forward to enjoying the condo again! Also, we made a trip to Tulum for a couple of days while friends stayed behind in the condo and got engaged! So, the Rosa Blanca condo will always have a special place in our hearts and memories. Thanks again, Laurie and Mark!"

"We vacationed at this condo for a adult family reunion. The condo was furnished beautifully, clean and fully stocked with all kitchen essentials and well maintained. The beach, pool and condo was oceanfront and beautiful. The condo was in walking distance to the town and we enjoyed many of the local restaurants away from 5th avenue. The staff of Xaman Ha was wonderful-both knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great experience and plan to return next year!"

  • Great condo - Perfect Location!

"Our family stayed at #7010 for 2 weeks in Feb/early March this year. We could not have been more pleased and delighted with our stay! The complex is gorgeous and meticulously cared for, and the condo itself was in excellent condition and had everything promised. The pool/beach were about a 20 second walk away, which was great! Both toilets broke separately during our stay but they were each fixed within 24 hours. Maid service is every other day; they provide new towels, sheets, and have the empty 5 gal water jugs replaced. The front desk concierge was wonderful and extremely helpful! We've never felt safer in any other property - there are security guards 24/7 and wristbands to make sure the pool area stays private. The pool has cheap, yummy food, fun bartenders, and $3 happy hour drinks every day. The start of 5th Ave (restaurant/dining/shopping district) is a quick walk away The Ado bus station is also about a 5 min walk away for $12 trips to and from the Cancun Airport. Our family stayed at Xaman Ha 7010 for 2 weeks in Feb/early March this year. • Serendipity

"Words are hard to describe the serenity, peace and relaxation you feel at Casa Milagro. From the beauty outdoors around the pool, to the fragrance the plants emit in the evening is sublime. The rooftop at sunrise & sunset listening to the birds sing of the beauty around is superb. We were greeted by many animals while outside in the evening also, from a family of racoons, a number of cats(the owner leaves food & we bought more), a few agouti and many birds. Now onto inside the house, as the other guests have mentioned, no thing is left unattended. The maids, gardener/pool man take care of everything. Have Chef Lynn Marie cook you a fabulous meal, I enjoyed mine on my birthday. Paty picked up some starter items so we'd have breakfast items on hand and there were some cold beers in the fridge to enjoy our first dip in the pool with. Comfort is top notch to allow yourself to ease into vacation mode. Kitchen had all you could ask for and more. Layout of home for privacy is exceptional, as well as, the decor, lighting, and attention to details...bikes, sun chairs, snorkel gear, etc. We enjoyed the nearby Mayan ruins, it was always cool, comfortable and splendid there with a noble sense and majestic feel, lofty, awe-inspiring. Walking was good for us and we are happy that Casa Milagro is close to everything, yet set back from the hustle and bustle on a not through street on a quiet cul de sac. All we would like to add is that the owner provide an instruction book for the many items around the house so others may not have to contact Paty as much as we did. :)"
