"Words are hard to describe the serenity, peace and relaxation you feel at Casa Milagro. From the beauty outdoors around the pool, to the fragrance the plants emit in the evening is sublime. The rooftop at sunrise & sunset listening to the birds sing of the beauty around is superb. We were greeted by many animals while outside in the evening also, from a family of racoons, a number of cats(the owner leaves food & we bought more), a few agouti and many birds.
Now onto inside the house, as the other guests have mentioned, no thing is left unattended. The maids, gardener/pool man take care of everything. Have Chef Lynn Marie cook you a fabulous meal, I enjoyed mine on my birthday. Paty picked up some starter items so we'd have breakfast items on hand and there were some cold beers in the fridge to enjoy our first dip in the pool with. Comfort is top notch to allow yourself to ease into vacation mode. Kitchen had all you could ask for and more. Layout of home for privacy is exceptional, as well as, the decor, lighting, and attention to details...bikes, sun chairs, snorkel gear, etc.
We enjoyed the nearby Mayan ruins, it was always cool, comfortable and splendid there with a noble sense and majestic feel, lofty, awe-inspiring. Walking was good for us and we are happy that Casa Milagro is close to everything, yet set back from the hustle and bustle on a not through street on a quiet cul de sac.
All we would like to add is that the owner provide an instruction book for the many items around the house so others may not have to contact Paty as much as we did. :)"

"We rented this condo a year in advance from Chris who resides in the US, so very easy to arrange details. Chris gave us an amazing deal for 6 weeks for $5500, electricity included. The property sold and Romaine honored the existing rental. He hired a new off site manager, Magda, who responded quickly to several issues like leaky toilet and plugged sink, as well as helping us figure out the stove. I suggested she might want to put together a manual with additional info, like being able to access the beach from the street just north of the condo. We had a wonderful 6 weeks. The curtains they just installed really helped keep the condo cool in the heat of the day and they even installed an additional one over the west slider door which we had covered with a sheet in the afternoon. The condo is large and nicely appointed. The kitchen could have a few more lids and accessories, but we got by just fine. And it was nice to see they put in a new patio table after we left. Could use new loungers on the rooftop, as one was broken, and maybe another table and chairs. We slept with the windows open and there is a surprising amount of traffic noise from the main street, which you wouldn't notice if you have the windows closed. And the master bedroom windows should really be fixed so that you can close them all the way without having to remove the screen and reach around to push/pull them closed the last few inches (which is a necessity if it is raining). Access to the reef club right across the street is wonderful. We were usually there by945 to make sure we got in. I think it might not be so difficult to get in since they don't allow coolers or for you to bring your own beverages, and the only way to eat/drink on site is to buy the daily pass for about $50. US per person which allows 9 to 5 eating and drinking. The condo staff were very friendly and responsive to all our needs, and the security is excellent. Great pool and tennis court, grounds are beautiful. Our family and guests were impressed with the wow factor of the condo, grounds, accommodations and location. We felt like we were living a "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous". It was certainly the most luxurious place we have stayed at."

"Our family stayed at #7010 for 2 weeks in Feb/early March this year. We could not have been more pleased and delighted with our stay! The complex is gorgeous and meticulously cared for, and the condo itself was in excellent condition and had everything promised. The pool/beach were about a 20 second walk away, which was great! Both toilets broke separately during our stay but they were each fixed within 24 hours. Maid service is every other day; they provide new towels, sheets, and have the empty 5 gal water jugs replaced. The front desk concierge was wonderful and extremely helpful! We've never felt safer in any other property - there are security guards 24/7 and wristbands to make sure the pool area stays private. The pool has cheap, yummy food, fun bartenders, and $3 happy hour drinks every day. The start of 5th Ave (restaurant/dining/shopping district) is a quick walk away The Ado bus station is also about a 5 min walk away for $12 trips to and from the Cancun Airport. Our family stayed at Xaman Ha 7010 for 2 weeks in Feb/early March this year. "Fantastic vacation with the family. Close to the beach and excitement of town, yet secluded. Lovely mornings on the patio listening to and watching the wildlife. Kitchen well-equipped, bedrooms roomy and comfortable, and living space easily accommodated our family of 8. Enjoyed biking to town and to the beach during the day and strolling around at night. Also loved the French bakery at the corner. Pools are beautiful. Friendly neighbors. Perfect balance of peace and excitement. Can't wait to go back."
