"When we got there, the code to the door worked, but there was no key. Took a while to find the manager as the phone #'s we had given were wrong. We found some numbers in the lobby and found her and then she quickly came to our aid. The place was clean and had great views. Maid service was good. Beach would have been great had it not been for some crazy plague of seaweed that evidently is not usually there. I would check before you book. Pool area was nice as well. We were at the far end of shopping and restaurants, something a little more in the center probably would have saved us a lot of walking. I would recommend this property."

"Well equipped, clean condo. Staff is amazing and helpful. Pool area was maintained wonderfully. We walked the beach both directions and found our beach area was the best there was! No vendors, no piles of seaweed, no smells! Close to the action of 5th avenue, grocery store and lots of great little side street restaurants. Safe. We walked everywhere night and day and were never concerned. I would rent this spot again in a second. You will love it. Ate at Fruita Madre (vegan options) Lafamiglia for great Italian ($$).Authentic cheap meal on 30th and about 8th - right near Walmart (it has yellow awnings) - AMAZING food - no english menu- go there for sure - can't remember the name, sorry!!! We took the 35 peso local bus - the Collectivo (very safe) to Akumal and visited La Buena Vida (beach bar literally) and Las 3 Acapulquenas ($)Not fancy, basically a family that cooks for you (they do speak english). Was our best meal!! The Condo was in the perfect spot for crazy tourism busy but also for walking outside of that for more culture. You will love this place. It is super close to the ferry port that you can take to cozumel for the day too! Just don't rent cars from Cuarto y Quinto Poder!! And don't get gas yourself if you do rent- trust me. We also loved swimming in the cenote's and visiting Tulum! You will not be sorry renting this amazing condo!!!"

"This was our fourth visit to Xaman Ha Condos and we will be back. The unit we were in this year was 7106. It was very nicely decorated, comfortable furnishings and everything that we needed. The management company does a wonderful job with security and housekeeping. All staff members were very helpful. Great fun at the pool bar in the afternoons, guacamole is awesome. Taxis are plentiful but we walked to dinner every night. Our favorite restaurant (we eight at 7 different ones and they were all good) is LaMission on 10th Ave, food was excellent atmosphere was nice on the outside patio. They include a very good lime soup with each meal and small slice of a very nice dessert. Also Carboncitos or something like that on Calle 4 was very good. I highly recommend both."
