  • A Week in Paradise!

"It's so depressing to be packing up my belongings and leaving this wonderful spot in paradise tomorrow! What an extraordinary week I've had! The condo has everything you could want...especially a fantastic view!! I can't tell you the countless hours that I spent on the balcony just listening to the ocean and enjoying the peacefulness of the complex. Caesar, the groundskeeper, works diligently to keep the grounds pristine. I want to take him back to the US with me!! I wish my yard was this manicured! Nina, the lady that cleans, is an absolute gem. You never see her without a smile on her face...so precious! Roberto, the property manager, makes sure your every need is attended to quickly. I had a tough time deciding whether to go to the beach or pool each day...both were so inviting! This condo has a king bed (it says queen but I think it may be a king) and a single in the bedroom. There are two futons in the living area, so it would sleep five people. Even though I was here alone for a week of R & R, I could have easily shared the condo with several others. It had plenty of space and included a safe, a water dispenser, coffee pot, blender, small microwave...everything you need! All appliances worked great! There is an a/c in the living area and one in the bedroom. There was always a cool ocean breeze, even in July, and I never even turned on the one in the living area. Open up all the windows and enjoy the gentle breezes of the Caribbean! I'd wake up in the morning, fix my coffee, sit on the balcony and just enjoy the tranquil breaking of dawn. The beach was crowded on Sunday, but other days it was almost like it belonged to me! The town is a short 10 minute walk. The restaurants are all delicious...Tacos.com, Las Palmeras, and Chimichurri were my favorite. Don't hesitate to take a taxi over to the Colonia to Fonda Americana. There are many other great places to eat...as a matter of fact, I haven't found a place I don't like yet!! Go out and support them! I stayed in another condo at Casita Blanca four years ago and had honestly forgotten how much I loved this place. You just can't go wrong booking this complex for your stay in paradise! You'll love it!! I can't wait to return!!"

  • Everything an oceanfront villa should be

"Choosing Tres Palmera made our family winter escape to the Riviera Maya everything we had hoped for. The villa was particularly well suited for all ages to relax from two toddlers through grandparents. There is plenty of room inside and out to offer privacy and plenty of comfort for a group of nine. We particularly enjoyed hanging out in the pool area for hours on end taking in the fabulous ocean view while reading, swimming, napping, or digging in the sand. We are glad we arranged to have Lucy and Daniel cook most of our dinners and two breakfasts so that we did not have to leave the perfect beach front location. Vacation relaxation began the moment we arrived. It was wonderful to arrive in the late afternoon and smell dinner cooking and open a refrigerator stocked with precisely the food and beverages we had asked for. We planned our remaining diners for the week with Lucy from a menu listing our choices. (it is in spanish, google translate came in handy) We shopped in Tulum at the Chedraui, a Wall mart scale store, left at the first stoplight in Tulum, the same road that heads to the beaches. It had everything we needed and takes credit cards. As many have mentioned the beach in front of Tres Palmeras is not a good swimming beach, but the Tulum beaches are magnificent. Powder white sand 100 yards out into the ocean. We made two trips to Playa Paraiso to enjoy not only the beach but food and beverage service at the table and beach bed we rented for $10. This covers parking as well. Shower and restrooms are included, credit cards accepted. Take the left fork in the road 2 KM east of Tulum, it's about 20 minutes from the villa. We found the villa offered comfortable bedrooms, plenty of hot water. With two living rooms, rooftop deck, and spacious pool area there is plenty of room for privacy for everyone evenin a large group. We very much appreciated the privacy of the villa and the beach area, with very little car or foot traffic. It was as if we had the ocean to ourselves. I found communicating with the owner Pam easy and helpful. She has decorated the villa in a tasteful traditional way and provided everything necessary for a memorable vacation."

  • Best vacation!

"The process of renting this condo was absolutely seamless! Mr. Felser provided all the information needed as well as tourist activities and communication was always prompt. The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious. The beach in front was so relaxing and the pool made for very fun days for the kids. We felt very safe in the area and enjoyed experiencing different restaurants each night. Our favorite was the Argentina restaurant around 42nd Calle and 5th Avenue. Without hesitation, I would recommend this condo as it is even better in person than the pictures!"

  • Best view and condo in Akumal

"This was our sixth time that we stayed in Akumal Half Moon Bay but our first time at La Sirena #10. Aileen is not exaggerating when she says it probably has the best view in Akumal. The condo is nicely furnished and we didn't see any ants or other bugs, maybe because they didn't want to climb to the top floor! There are good restaurants within walking distance and the town of Akumal is not too far (about 2 km). We didn't have a car and walked everywhere but we like to walk. The snorkeling was great. The coral seems to be in better shape than in years past which we were glad to see. Mike and Tena"
