"This condo was amazing. We traveled with a large group including many adults and children. The condo was huge with plenty of room for everyone. The spacious kitchen, living room and outdoor patio provided plenty of space to enjoy our time together or give you some soace to step away from tge group. The pool and beach were right at our backdoor. Perfect location for a quiet, secluded getaway but within walking distant to restaurants, shops & nightlife. I look forward to getting back here!"

"Our family (husband, wife, 9 and 7 year old) seeks out places where we can unwind and have out of the box adventures. We need a place to stay that can be a "base" for those things. Upscale, waterfront, and amenities like home, this condo was perfect. Here are the highlights: clean rooms, kitchen and floors, nice pool, cool kayak, included toys and floats for pool and sea, WiFi, golf cart, nice property managers, parking, washer/dryer, top floor unit with a roof top deck, and more. From the start, the owner was great at making sure every question was answered. Puerto Aventuras is a nice place with all the amenities of a small village - plus. You can spend evenings in the "downtown area" walking around and looking at what the fishing boats brought in or you can see the dolphins swimming or even catch a free show with the sea lions or manatees. There are a couple of beaches within the resort or you can travel down the road to find others - or - you can go 5 minutes south to several fresh water cenotes. Our favorite is called Eden. Need groceries? There is a supermarket just outside the resort. Need a park to play for the kids? Head into the village (pueblo) across from the resort. There are two! This condo is located in between Cancun and Tulum with Playa del Carmen just 14 minutes away! This main road will give you access to go see the Mayan ruins up and down the coast. To sum up: This is a great spot for a traditional relaxing vacation, a base for adventure seeking or a hybrid of the two. We spent a month here and it was nice to call this place home for that time. Thank you!"

"Our family of four just returned from a week at Casa Kokai (Villas Del Mar C105), and it was absolutely perfect! This condo has all the comforts to make your stay stress free and fun. You are literally steps from the best beach in PA, as well as steps from two amazing pools. Our kids (14 and 12) loved this condo and they never once got bored.
The town of PA is totally safe and slower pace than Cancun which made for total relaxation. You are a short walk from the center of town which has great restaurants, ice cream and the dolphin discovery attraction.
The property owner, Dr. Jim Baumgaertner, provided all the information we needed to make our total vacation stress free!
We also took advantage of the van offered by Dr. B and was able to explore the area. We visited Mayan ruins at Tulum, snorkeled with sea turtles at Akumal Bay, shopped in Playa Del Carmen, and visited the XPlor adventure park. All these attractions are just a short drive from the condo.
We had ZERO problems on our trip and will return to Casa Kokai for sure. If you are thinking about a great trip with your family, this is it!"

"Our 4th trip to Riviera Maya (we usually rent a house) - first time in this condo Very nice well maintained with nice owners. Comfortable beds, a short walk to beach, as described. Very nice pool. Marina side location is less windy, but could get a little hot in afternoon - but there is AC if needed. Local property manager handled any issues. We had a very nice time! We survived without a car, because you can walk to everything from this place.
As another reviewer suggested .. perhaps a flatscreen TV to be able to stream movies? otherwise be sure to bring DVDs :)"
