  • Great location, very comfortable and peaceful.

"We enjoyed our week long stay in PA at this peaceful condo. We loved how close (100 steps) we were to the great pool and beach. Nice palapas and comfortable beach chairs. The ocean there is nice because the bay shelters out the bigger surf making for nice snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking. We saw some nice fish and a large stingray! The location was also good for touring, as we visited Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Akumal. We enjoyed the many restaurants we could walk to and the grocery store and village c-store were convenient. The kitchen was well supplied, grill work perfectly. King bed was very comfortable, wi-fi fast. This is definately a peaceful, quiet vacation spot and a good value."

  • Fantastic value and perfect location

"Puerto Adventuras was a great little community and this condo was the perfect, serene location on the lagoon. The condo was huge, and the pool and rooftop deck were perfect places to relax. The kitchen was a bit small, and the patio, spiral staircase and lack of bathtub weren't very toddler friendly... But I would stay here again for sure when my son was a bit older. The golf cart was also a much valued addition and Mark was super helpful and easy to deal with."

  • We had a wonderful time in QDS!!

"First of all we found the owner very easy to deal with...she offered lots of information about the condo, the complex and Puerto Aventuras. She answered all our questions with humour and kindness. The condo is beachfront and has a fabulous view of the bay and the beach...particularly from the main balcony which is accessed via the sitting room. There are lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk from the condo and we thoroughly enjoyed trying them all! Also twice a week there is a farmers market behind the restaurant strip which enabled us to avoid the longer trip to a supermarket. We had a great time and are booking for next year!! Salud!"

  • Terrific March Break Family Vacation!!!

"This was our first visit to Puerto Aventuras and Villa Del Mar and we enjoyed the condo tremendously! It is even nicer than the pictures suggest. Our family of 4 loved all of the space as it gave us plenty of room to stretch out. Everything you need in the kitchen to prepare a meal was there and I took advantage of the grocery delivery service from the property manager - very convenient. I also love the luxury of having a washer and dryer in the unit - a quick load of laundry every day meant that our suitcases coming home were full of clean clothes. The pool and grounds - wow! Two nice large pools and beautiful landscaping. We felt very safe here and it was great for our 2 kids (13 and 11) to go to the pool and the beach on their own. There are lots of chairs by the pool and the beach so no worry about not finding one even during busy season! The beach is gorgeous and there is a man made wall out front which provides a calm area in front of the complex for dipping. We ventured beyond the wall a bit and it still wasn't very deep but nice and sandy and refreshing. The people staying here were a mix of retirees and families - just a nice friendly atmosphere and quiet at night. The town itself is really cute - great to walk around and look into the shops. Our daughter did the dolphin swim and loved it. We didn't eat out too much but we did try Paparazzi Pizza (great!) and did go to Jesse's gelato for a treat a few times - which was a big hit. My husband and I ventured outside of the town gates for some tacos (Taco Paco is good but to be honest, there is a place right at the highway which is much better - just don't recall the name. 12 pesos for a taco and lots of locals eating there - a sure sign it is good!). There is also a nice big Chedruai grocery store just down the highway outside of the town gates (very walkable or a quick cab ride) to pick up more supplies. There is also a very popular fruit and vegetable market twice a week. Puerto Aventuras is in a nice central location to explore. We took the collectivo bus to Tulum to go see the ruins (go early - we did and we were so glad to be leaving when tour buses of tourists were arriving) and also to Playa for some souvenir shopping. Easy and very economical! There are tons of adventure parks in the immediate area - we didn't visit one this trip but plan to do that when we come back. The property manager was great to deal with - brought us water refills when needed and answered all of our"
