  • Beautiful, Relaxing and Easy!

"My wife and I have traveled throughout Cancun and the Riviera Maya area staying at all-inclusive or large resorts. This was our first stay in a condo...and we absolutely loved it! Tom and Kim made the process so easy and are a true delight to work with. Their condo is perfect in most every way from the initial view when you walk through the front door to the tasteful decor. It is clean and well maintained. They've thought of everything you'd need in the kitchen. Just bring your food and drinks! Tom was kind enough to email us during our stay just to check in and make sure we were taken care of. Ernesto the property manager is a gem...he speaks very good English and is so kind and helpful. We rented a car after we arrived and he was kind enough to drive us to the car rental agency at the airport. If you're considering a condo call or email Tom and rent this unit...it so so easy and if you need transportation USA Transport has the Condo Building on their site and it was so easy for them to find. Tom and Ernesto also provide you great directions and their phone numbers just in case. As for Puerto Morelos, the beach, the pool, dining, etc...it is perfect for relaxing, exploring, snorkeling, drinking and eating...awesome beach bars and great restaurants! Will we return and rent this unit again...without a doubt!"

  • Amazing Vacation

"My husband and I just spent a month at this lovely condo. What a great place the Caribbean Reef Villas is. The condo is very well equipped. Comes with all the basics, plus much to our delight, even a coffee grinder, and many other little extras. The unit is well maintained and very comfortable. Lovely ocean breezes. We rarely used the A/C, just slept with the windows open. Never grow tired of the sound of he waves. The balcony offers stunning sunrise views and again beautiful sunsets as is a corner unit. We had the pleasure of meeting Frank and Sherry the owners, who are just wonderful and very accommodating. They were very quick to respond to all my inquiries when I had any. As our flight arrived after midnight they made sure there were some basic staples in the fridge so we had snacks when we arrived. Also breakfast for the first morning. What GREAT service. Puerto Morleos is a small quiet and delightful little village. The condo is an easy walk into town. We did rent a car, but walked into town each night. Fresh fish is available every afternoon at the local fish market. We had some awesome dinners. All your basics are available in town or down the road in Colonial.Bikes can be rented and a really good way to get around. We have done that as well. If you are looking for nightlife, this isn't the place for you. You want peace and quite and relaxation, this place is for you. The pool and grounds are absolutely beautiful, well kept, the staff who maintains everything, are a delight. They are also willing to do anything for you. And of course it is right on a very quiet beach, what's not to like? This condo offers its own slice of paradise. We will be staying here again."

  • Fabulous family holiday in a wonderful location

"We stayed at Casa Martia for 2 weeks in July/August 2014 and had the most wonderful time there. The listing on the website is completely accurate in terms of what to expect in the house, and the location/setting was even more beautiful than we had hoped for. The property was clean and well maintained, and the caretaker, Don José, does an excellent and unobtrusive job of making sure everything is tidied away outside at night, and reminding me to lock the car (!). The owners provided excellent information before we finally booked, replying patiently to all my detailed questions. The house is located midway between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, which for us was an ideal location, i.e. close enough to take advantage of all that these two towns offer, but quiet enough to feel like we were off the beaten track. We had brunch nearly every day in nearby Puerto Morelos (10 mins drive), at La Pangea where the see breeze keeps you cool as you tuck into the best steak burrito ever. We had dinner also most nights in Puerto Morelos where there are numerous very reasonably priced eateries. We also ate in Playa del Carmen a couple of times which was touristy but loads of fun, and saved our appetites for a Churrasqueria meat dinner in Cancun one evening. We visited Tulum (magic), Chichen Itza (spectacular), did an (unforgetable) beginners' dive "en famille" with the dive shop next to the house, swam in the cool fresh water Cenotes (dos Ojos was great - do the accompanied snorkel to the bat cave), and enjoyed the turquoise sea and powder white sands of Playa Delfines in Cancun. All in all, one of the best family holidays ever - would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get away from it all, and relax in a sublime setting."

  • Beautiful & Private Location - What's Not To Like!

"Just returned from a 10 day trip to this wonderful condo and hate to think that we might have to compete with more people who will want to book this wonderful place but we cannot tell a lie! • Both the Palma Real complex and this condo are clean and beautiful. Plenty of local artwork, tropical plants, all well-lit at night. There is an elevator, a secured entry, and a beautiful waterfall/statue to welcome you. • The Eric and Lisa were a pleasure to work with and returned our deposit immediately upon our departure. • Carlos was a charming, great resource and provided us with loads of information and assistance and was always available if needed. The groundskeeper and security staff were hard working and super friendly. • We had the pool and beach to ourselves much of the time. When there were other guests, we enjoyed the chance to meet new people as everyone was so nice. • The walk to town takes 10-15 minutes, maybe not so scenic but totally safe and easy enough. As alternatives, taxis are a phone call away, bikes can be rented for the week, car rentals are not needed if you stay in town but a good option if you plan on exploring. We rented a car for 5 days and got to visit some of our favorite spots along the coast. • Nice views from all windows including the kitchen which overlooks the commercial port and affords great morning sunrises. • The bed is a very comfortable king, the bedroom large with plenty of storage, great views, remote air conditioner, and on-suite. • Well equipped kitchen, large granite countertops, and plenty of extra appliances. • A washer/dryer in the unit is a great feature and allows lighter packing. • Wonderful large balcony with plenty of seating and a gas grill. • Quick wifi with no interruptions or dropouts. • Puerto Morelos was a great find we plan on returning to. Beautiful quiet beaches, a great local atmosphere, plenty of great restaurants from traditional Mexican to some of the best Eggs Benedict and Lasagna I have had, it was all there. • The reefs are in great condition, the diving and snorkeling were fantastic including some of the best shore snorkeling I have done right off the north end of the beach. • No need to venture out of Puerto but if you do, some of our favorites were the Crococun Zoo, many local Cenotes, beautiful Xpu-Ha beach, Akumal and Ya-Kul lagoon, and Playa for some touristy shopping to name but a few. This place was everything we could ask for and more! We can’t wait to go back…"
