  • excellent

"The condo was exactly as advertised, if not better, it had all the amenities that you would need , the bed was large and very comfortable ,there was 2 TV sets with cable so plenty of English channels, the pool was just a few steps from the lounge and bedroom doors, a few more steps to the beach, which is amazing. the short walk into town is ok and apart from a few potholes was an easy walk. We got taxis to the bus stop and then an ADO or collectivo bus into playa or Cancun for 20 peso. Puerto Morelos is a wonderful friendly place with nice restaurants ,and a great beach and far away from the AI hotels, we loved our time here and will return soon, I would like to thank Derek and Alice for a wonderful time and a problem free experience ."

  • Blue skies, white sandy beach and warm Caribbean waters what more could you want.

"We had wonderful memories of a vacation at Condo de Los Amigos a year or so ago, and the opportunity to revisit this lovely part of the Caribbean was happily taken by my husband and I. Since our last visit, the owners have made several decorating changes and upgrades to what was and is a very lovely home away from home, all that you need to enjoy this home is there for you. The beautiful white sandy beaches and azure waters a mere moment away, the town a short hop away by taxi for those with mobility issues or an easy walk along that glorious beach . Where you will find many choices for your dining pleasure either along the waterfront or smaller eateries in town. Pride of ownership is evident in this lovely home, and we are certain that all who stay there will feel as fortunate as us at having had the opportunity to visit this lovely and tranquil part of Mexico."

  • a perfect place to get away

"Sometimes you are lucky enough to find a vacation paradise unexpectedly. Staying at this beautiful beach villa that is an easy short driving distance to everything I wanted to explore, was the perfect spot for our vacation. The home is immediately warm, inviting, spacious and luxurious. Everything felt carefully and lovingly chosen and I felt like a pampered guest at an exclusive resort. Having the pool, the beach and the ocean right there - I really did not want to leave. Cant wait to come back!!"

  • A Week in Paradise!

"It's so depressing to be packing up my belongings and leaving this wonderful spot in paradise tomorrow! What an extraordinary week I've had! The condo has everything you could want...especially a fantastic view!! I can't tell you the countless hours that I spent on the balcony just listening to the ocean and enjoying the peacefulness of the complex. Caesar, the groundskeeper, works diligently to keep the grounds pristine. I want to take him back to the US with me!! I wish my yard was this manicured! Nina, the lady that cleans, is an absolute gem. You never see her without a smile on her face...so precious! Roberto, the property manager, makes sure your every need is attended to quickly. I had a tough time deciding whether to go to the beach or pool each day...both were so inviting! This condo has a king bed (it says queen but I think it may be a king) and a single in the bedroom. There are two futons in the living area, so it would sleep five people. Even though I was here alone for a week of R & R, I could have easily shared the condo with several others. It had plenty of space and included a safe, a water dispenser, coffee pot, blender, small microwave...everything you need! All appliances worked great! There is an a/c in the living area and one in the bedroom. There was always a cool ocean breeze, even in July, and I never even turned on the one in the living area. Open up all the windows and enjoy the gentle breezes of the Caribbean! I'd wake up in the morning, fix my coffee, sit on the balcony and just enjoy the tranquil breaking of dawn. The beach was crowded on Sunday, but other days it was almost like it belonged to me! The town is a short 10 minute walk. The restaurants are all delicious...Tacos.com, Las Palmeras, and Chimichurri were my favorite. Don't hesitate to take a taxi over to the Colonia to Fonda Americana. There are many other great places to eat...as a matter of fact, I haven't found a place I don't like yet!! Go out and support them! I stayed in another condo at Casita Blanca four years ago and had honestly forgotten how much I loved this place. You just can't go wrong booking this complex for your stay in paradise! You'll love it!! I can't wait to return!!"
