  • An amazing family vacation

"Just wanted to write a review about our stay at Mango Sunrise! My sister & husband invited us to stay here with them for the week! We had a fantastic time! The home is beautiful and spacious! The cousins kept busy between the beach, pool and town of Puerto Morelos! We would walk into town for dinner each night and had amazing meals! Angie & Ally made sure we had everything we needed and were full of wonderful suggestions! So very helpful! Thank you for an amazing stay! Rick & Kim"

  • Fabulous

"We had four couples staying together for a 5 day holiday. The villa was clean, super comfortable and a perfect beach villa. It is only a couple blocks away from town. The villa sits right on the beach with a lovely pool. Furthermore the owner has everything you would need including kayaks, floats, beach towels etc. This is perfect for couples or families. We cannot wait to go back!"

  • Had a great Time!

"My wife and I stayed here for 9 days from Aug 6th-15th 2014 and really enjoyed it. Because it was the low season (45 degrees in the afternoon with humidity) there weren't many other people staying in the building and it was very quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for. The loungers at the beach were perfect for sitting and watching the sun set and for some shade during the day. The condo itself was perfect and could have easily slept 2 more people in the second bedroom. Hakki was great to deal with and the whole transaction was straightforward and easy through Paypal (even though we are in different countries). My wife and I loved Puerto Morelos and will definitely return here in the future."

  • Beautiful and quiet. Away from the mega resorts :)

"We loved it! The photos are spot-on! A well-maintained building with friendly staff, a great pool, and beautiful views. We were so happy with it. From the condo, we could take long walks down the beach to the south (there are several large resorts about a half mile down the beach; we were never envious of the people staying at the large resorts), or we could walk north, cut through a side path and reach downtown Puerto Morelos. It was only about a mile walk into town or a very quick cab ride (we did not rent a car). The town is very small compared to other nearby cities (Cancun or Playa del Carmen), but Puerto Morelos offers some outstanding restaurants, excellent snorkeling, and easy access to any nearby destinations (group tours to Mayan ruins and sites depart from town, ADO buses to major destinations are easy to use). There are some small markets in town where you can buy groceries for cooking. Not supermarkets, but enough provisions for your basic needs. The people in town were all so friendly. We even had some new friends by the end of our week. The beach in front of the condo is a bit rocky in places, but there are places with more sand if you walk a little ways. Some people were snorkeling in the water near the condo, but we went with one of the tours that depart from the town, and it was worth it! One thing to be aware of: you can't walk into town directly along the beach because there is a federal shipping dock nearby. You have to walk away from the beach and along the road for a while. Leaving the breeze of the beach made it a very hot walk in July/August, but I'm sure it's pleasant most of the year."
