"What can I say, this property exceeded all of my expectations. I have travelled to the Yucatan many times in the past and this was perfect combination. If you are looking for the comfort of a nice home, but outside of the "Las Vegas" style of accommodations that you will find in Cancun, Playa, or Cozumel, then this is your place. The house is literally on the beach, with your own private roped off section of beach just steps outside the door. The house itself is very well stocked and very comfortable. All 3 bedrooms are spacious with a full bathrooms. The town is very quaint and you are about 3/4 of mile from the town plaza. You can walk down the beach or the road behind the house. You really get an authentic feel in this town, however it is comfortable for the normal tourist. Kim was very helpful throughout the entire process. She was very attentive and made this transaction extremely smooth. The airport transportation she suggested was very prompt and went above and beyond for our pickup. (Side note, there are 2 international terminals in Cancun, if your group is coming in separate flights, might want to note that, as the pick up locations are different and you really can't get from one to the other on foot). I highly recommend the snorkeling on the reef that is about 5 football fields out from the house. Just walk down the beach and get a 2 hour tour for $25. It is the best snorkeling I have ever seen. Selene, the property manager was very attentive and the grounds to house and condos were beautiful. The pool is a nice touch as well. There is a grocery store in town as well as many wonderful restaurants. There is a beach bar and restaurant just steps from the house, which was nice for the occassional pina colada! I recommend the restaurant for a nice meal at night. The ambiance is very nice and the food is excellent. Also, the house is well equipped for any cooking and beverage preparations that you need. I noticed that PM was significantly less expensive than the other surrounding resort towns. Overall, I highly recommend you staying at this home! We will be returning for sure!"

  • A Week in Paradise!

"It's so depressing to be packing up my belongings and leaving this wonderful spot in paradise tomorrow! What an extraordinary week I've had! The condo has everything you could want...especially a fantastic view!! I can't tell you the countless hours that I spent on the balcony just listening to the ocean and enjoying the peacefulness of the complex. Caesar, the groundskeeper, works diligently to keep the grounds pristine. I want to take him back to the US with me!! I wish my yard was this manicured! Nina, the lady that cleans, is an absolute gem. You never see her without a smile on her precious! Roberto, the property manager, makes sure your every need is attended to quickly. I had a tough time deciding whether to go to the beach or pool each day...both were so inviting! This condo has a king bed (it says queen but I think it may be a king) and a single in the bedroom. There are two futons in the living area, so it would sleep five people. Even though I was here alone for a week of R & R, I could have easily shared the condo with several others. It had plenty of space and included a safe, a water dispenser, coffee pot, blender, small microwave...everything you need! All appliances worked great! There is an a/c in the living area and one in the bedroom. There was always a cool ocean breeze, even in July, and I never even turned on the one in the living area. Open up all the windows and enjoy the gentle breezes of the Caribbean! I'd wake up in the morning, fix my coffee, sit on the balcony and just enjoy the tranquil breaking of dawn. The beach was crowded on Sunday, but other days it was almost like it belonged to me! The town is a short 10 minute walk. The restaurants are all, Las Palmeras, and Chimichurri were my favorite. Don't hesitate to take a taxi over to the Colonia to Fonda Americana. There are many other great places to a matter of fact, I haven't found a place I don't like yet!! Go out and support them! I stayed in another condo at Casita Blanca four years ago and had honestly forgotten how much I loved this place. You just can't go wrong booking this complex for your stay in paradise! You'll love it!! I can't wait to return!!"

  • Beautiful and quiet. Away from the mega resorts :)

"We loved it! The photos are spot-on! A well-maintained building with friendly staff, a great pool, and beautiful views. We were so happy with it. From the condo, we could take long walks down the beach to the south (there are several large resorts about a half mile down the beach; we were never envious of the people staying at the large resorts), or we could walk north, cut through a side path and reach downtown Puerto Morelos. It was only about a mile walk into town or a very quick cab ride (we did not rent a car). The town is very small compared to other nearby cities (Cancun or Playa del Carmen), but Puerto Morelos offers some outstanding restaurants, excellent snorkeling, and easy access to any nearby destinations (group tours to Mayan ruins and sites depart from town, ADO buses to major destinations are easy to use). There are some small markets in town where you can buy groceries for cooking. Not supermarkets, but enough provisions for your basic needs. The people in town were all so friendly. We even had some new friends by the end of our week. The beach in front of the condo is a bit rocky in places, but there are places with more sand if you walk a little ways. Some people were snorkeling in the water near the condo, but we went with one of the tours that depart from the town, and it was worth it! One thing to be aware of: you can't walk into town directly along the beach because there is a federal shipping dock nearby. You have to walk away from the beach and along the road for a while. Leaving the breeze of the beach made it a very hot walk in July/August, but I'm sure it's pleasant most of the year."

  • Absolute dream vacation!

"My girlfriend and I came to Casa Del Sol with great expectations of a vacation to remember. As we arrived in the gated courtyard and walk to the entrance way of our rental, when the door came open it was beyond my wildest imagination. I felt like I was celebrity on TV in those homes that you can only imagine being in. The most gorgeous accommodation you could ever imagine. We spent a week there and rode bicycles all over the little fishing village where people were so kind and hospitable. We dined at several local restaurants and had fresh fish from the ocean sautéed and cooked in the most perfect ways. Quaint Mexican restaurants served up some of the best Mexican food I have ever eaten. The home was equipped with thick beach towels, lovely linens every, bedroom has its own private bathroom. The housekeeper and groundsman came by every day to check to make sure everything was okay and even came back by in the evening to pull our chairs up from the beach. I have traveled and stayed in many beach houses and none of them could compare to this one. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have the most relaxing beautiful vacation! Thank you for the opportunity it was unforgettable!! Lisa Bowles"
