Villas Silvia was more then we expected
"We stayed here for almost two weeks. The condo was perfect for my husband and myself for a relaxing comfortable stay. The condo is well appointed with everything we needed. Lots of towels, dishes and other extras. The bed was comfortable and huge. Very open airy space. Open the windows and put on the fans and that's all you need, never used the air conditioner and it was perfect temperature all the time. Had wifi, a tiny bit spotty had to occasionally stand in the right place, but not a big bother. The satellite tv was experiencing some difficulty which Susy the property manager tried to get fixed but couldn't while we were there. No big deal to us as we didn't get to paradise to watch tv. Everything you could want to cooking in or a short 10 min walk to some of the best restaurants. Some of our favs were Little Italy for the best calzone, el nicho I think it was called by the book store for amazing eggs Benny, and el pesquero for wonderful shrimp dinner and sea bass. Oh my wish I'd known that I'd of eaten there every night. Close walk to the Center of town, or a shorter bike ride. Kudos to the bikes. The beach was a short walk and found great beach snorkelling in front of the orange apartment building on the beach. Loved that we had beach chairs umbrella and a cooler for our ice cold cerveza. Easy to shop for most things at the oxxo, the vegetable store, best fresh squeezed orange juice ever, and Casa Martin . Did a bigger shop at the supermarket in colonia. Took a bus there cheap cheap. What can I say the whole trip was fantastic. Special thanks to Renee the owner for your wonderful condo, Susy the manager for her attention to detail and always being there. Bright smiling face. And Felipe for getting us where we needed to go. Please if you want a special trip in a special place 1B villa Silvia is your go to in puerto Morelos Enjoy."

"We just returned from a week’s stay at Casa de Suenos in the 6-unit Sol y Luna condos. What a beautiful space – we loved the condo! It was immaculate and spacious, with tons of light and fresh breezes. The aqua and white décor enhances the beach-y feel. The pictures in the photos are really the way it is. You can see the ocean from the back balcony; furniture and beds are very comfortable. Karl is very responsive, and Ramon (manager who lives nearby) was also very responsive. The condo is located less than one block from the water. There is a beach bar/food establishment (Unico) that is only a few steps from the beach entrance. We rented chairs and umbrellas there and parked ourselves for hours, gazing at the water, swimming now and then, and reading. (The shrimp wraps from Unico are delicious!)
We cooked a bit at the condo, but mostly ate out. Food in PM is fantastic! (and not expensive). While you are there, try to get to the Jungle Spa for a Mayan massage. We didn’t stay long enough for further adventures, but next time cenotes and snorkeling at the reef for sure! Also next time we will rent bikes to ride to town and back. The distance from the condo is walkable, but if we had had bikes we would have explored the side streets and beyond. We didn’t rent a car, but the taxi system is very organized and taxis are cheap, so we used them liberally.
Puerto Morelos is a small, quiet town with super friendly people. We felt completely safe there. Our biggest problem, like a lot of other visitors to PM, was that we didn’t stay long enough!"

"What a great place to spend 10 days!
There were 6 of us and everyone had their own space. Our older daughter enjoyed the privacy of the 3rd floor efficiency, teenagers enjoyed having their own kitchen for late nite snacks, and the adults enjoyed the flow of the main floor with full kitchen and dining area which was great for all of us to enjoy our meals together.
The location of this house is excellent, basically on the beach! Within easy walking distance into town, either on the street or on the beach. You can also take the "collectivo" (local bus) into town for $5 pesos. We enjoyed taking morning walks on the beach and evening walks through the neighborhood.
Communication with Colin was excellent as we booked only 2 weeks prior to our arrival. His responses were always prompt and when we firmed up our reservation he provided lots of information about the house and Puerto Morelos. Claudia was an excellent choice for them to use as a manager for this property. She met us promptly at the house at our arrival, she provided information about the area and booked our tours. She also provided information on local car and bike rental as well as setting them up. She was always available and responded promptly to our questions or needs."

"This is a beautiful condo. Marble floors, lovely bathrooms with spacious walk in showers and a beautiful kitchen. The water views are amazing from two of the three balconies and the third balcony overlooks the charming little town. We went to a near by cooking school for the day which was great fun. There is also easy access th snorkeling, fishing or just lounging by the the pristine pool or on the sugar-sand beach. The condo was immaculate. We would do this again in a heartbeat and probably will."
