"What can I say, this property exceeded all of my expectations. I have travelled to the Yucatan many times in the past and this was perfect combination. If you are looking for the comfort of a nice home, but outside of the "Las Vegas" style of accommodations that you will find in Cancun, Playa, or Cozumel, then this is your place. The house is literally on the beach, with your own private roped off section of beach just steps outside the door. The house itself is very well stocked and very comfortable. All 3 bedrooms are spacious with a full bathrooms. The town is very quaint and you are about 3/4 of mile from the town plaza. You can walk down the beach or the road behind the house. You really get an authentic feel in this town, however it is comfortable for the normal tourist. Kim was very helpful throughout the entire process. She was very attentive and made this transaction extremely smooth. The airport transportation she suggested was very prompt and went above and beyond for our pickup. (Side note, there are 2 international terminals in Cancun, if your group is coming in separate flights, might want to note that, as the pick up locations are different and you really can't get from one to the other on foot). I highly recommend the snorkeling on the reef that is about 5 football fields out from the house. Just walk down the beach and get a 2 hour tour for $25. It is the best snorkeling I have ever seen. Selene, the property manager was very attentive and the grounds to house and condos were beautiful. The pool is a nice touch as well. There is a grocery store in town as well as many wonderful restaurants. There is a beach bar and restaurant just steps from the house, which was nice for the occassional pina colada! I recommend the restaurant for a nice meal at night. The ambiance is very nice and the food is excellent. Also, the house is well equipped for any cooking and beverage preparations that you need. I noticed that PM was significantly less expensive than the other surrounding resort towns. Overall, I highly recommend you staying at this home! We will be returning for sure!"

  • Nice place; some things not as advertised

"The condo itself is quiet and very pleasant, and the location is perfect for those seeking a place away from it. We found the property management company in Puerto Morelos with no problem, but their directions to the condo (we had a rental car) were incorrect. They told us we'd be able to see the complex from the road out of Puerto Morelos, which is not true. Locals could not give us directions, not having heard of the place. It took us almost an hour to find the place, which was 5 minutes outside Puerto Morelos. There was no information in the condo about restaurants, places to buy groceries, or about the internet. We were unable to use the internet until a couple days later, when we asked other condo renters if there was a common password. We tried to go to the office in town twice to get information, but both times it was closed. Promised mid-week cleaning never happened, and although I reported it to the property management company right away, no attempt was made to get the cleaning done or to refund anything on our fees for the service we did not receive. So, although I was quite pleased with the condo itself, I was very disappointed with the service received through the property manager."

  • A Week in Paradise!

"It's so depressing to be packing up my belongings and leaving this wonderful spot in paradise tomorrow! What an extraordinary week I've had! The condo has everything you could want...especially a fantastic view!! I can't tell you the countless hours that I spent on the balcony just listening to the ocean and enjoying the peacefulness of the complex. Caesar, the groundskeeper, works diligently to keep the grounds pristine. I want to take him back to the US with me!! I wish my yard was this manicured! Nina, the lady that cleans, is an absolute gem. You never see her without a smile on her precious! Roberto, the property manager, makes sure your every need is attended to quickly. I had a tough time deciding whether to go to the beach or pool each day...both were so inviting! This condo has a king bed (it says queen but I think it may be a king) and a single in the bedroom. There are two futons in the living area, so it would sleep five people. Even though I was here alone for a week of R & R, I could have easily shared the condo with several others. It had plenty of space and included a safe, a water dispenser, coffee pot, blender, small microwave...everything you need! All appliances worked great! There is an a/c in the living area and one in the bedroom. There was always a cool ocean breeze, even in July, and I never even turned on the one in the living area. Open up all the windows and enjoy the gentle breezes of the Caribbean! I'd wake up in the morning, fix my coffee, sit on the balcony and just enjoy the tranquil breaking of dawn. The beach was crowded on Sunday, but other days it was almost like it belonged to me! The town is a short 10 minute walk. The restaurants are all, Las Palmeras, and Chimichurri were my favorite. Don't hesitate to take a taxi over to the Colonia to Fonda Americana. There are many other great places to a matter of fact, I haven't found a place I don't like yet!! Go out and support them! I stayed in another condo at Casita Blanca four years ago and had honestly forgotten how much I loved this place. You just can't go wrong booking this complex for your stay in paradise! You'll love it!! I can't wait to return!!"

  • Perfect vacation!

"Just spent a week at this condo in Puerto Morelos and it was amazing! It is in a great location. Puerto Morelos is a quiet town away from the craziness of cancun and playa del carmen, but still an easy drive to both. The building only has 9 units, and we were the only ones there that week, so we had the pool all to ourselves! The condo is very clean, well-stocked, and has good wireless internet. If you are on the fence between the mass-marketed all-inclusive resorts and a private condo, I highly recommend going with the private condo, and put this one at the top of your list. It is just as relaxing and much more authentic way to experience the area."
