Casa blanca was a perfeçt private house for our stay
"We stayed at casa blanca for a few days and we really enjoyed the house and it's backyard. We were 4 adults and two childrens and there was enough room for all of us and the house is well equipped. We could easily walk with the children to the main street on the ocean (5-6 minutes walk) and there is plenty of small restaurant near rhe house (more typical than the ones on the main street). The backyard and the pool was very private si we loved it and we did use the bike to get around (thanks to e owner). Miguel was helpful and very nice. If we return in San Miguel, i would definatly return, especially for the good price/quality!"

"My wife and I recently visited this part of Mexico for about our 30th visit to the area in 20 years or so. This was our 2nd visit to Puerto Aventuras and 1st stay in this condo. We love the area and had a fantastic vacation. In fact, the best vacation of our lives!
The condo was fantastic. Great view of the ocean and right above the pool. It was huge, comfortablely equiped and nicely decorated. The hot tub on the deck was amazing (really hot) and worked great which is rare. (We've stayed at a number of places in the past with hot tubs and none of them worked).
The grounds were gorgeous with lots of beautiful flowers and shrubs. And then the real reason for being there. The sun, the sand and that beautiful ocean right out our door. Amazing!!!
For those that don't know and are afraid by the reports of unrest in Mexico, this area is as safe as it gets anywhere. Puerto Aventuras is a gated community and has a crime rate lower than Finland which has the lowest crime rate of any country in the world. You can walk, bike, rent a golf cart or drive anywhere safely and with no worries. You often see kids and teen agers out and about enjoying the sites or watching the Dolphins. Lots of great places to eat and a huge grocery store close by. All sorts of tours are readily available and close by.
As for us, we just chilled and visited with the many friends we have made in the area over the years. Pamela was excellent to work with and very accommodating allowing us to have guests and friends over.(Many of the condos in other buildings we checked out didn't allow this). The staff was very friendly and checked on how we were doing often. It was nice to see the security guard manning his post even when we left for the airport at 4 in the morning.
What a great vacation!!!! We are already making plans to return."

"We spent a week down in Cancun over Easter break. It was nice. The weather was perfect, the pool was clean and nice and the condo was very functional. The beach was nice, but there was not much of a real swimming area, the water is like knee deep, and there was lots of seaweed. There were some issues with the nightly noise. The party boat, The Dancer, came in at 10 PM, went back out at 12 and back in at 3:00 am. It was a floating nightclub! It was extremely loud and disrupted every night for us. Lucky our baby slept through it. There were other people visiting as well, and everyone had the same feelings about the Dancer. Some of the residents that spend months down there were used to it, but for us, it was a rude awakening. Because of this, we needed to keep our windows and doors closed at night, and led to a $60 electric bill at the end of the week that was unexpected. I was also a little upset about paying a $20 paypal fee to get my deposit back. There are other outlets to use for free. We really did have a great time, and the beach was safe, and quiet during the day. The local food around was cheap and good, and the buses come every two minutes right outside the condo. Nancy, Laura and Reuben were great to deal with, but I wanted to bring the attention of the noise up, it was a real annoyance."

"Casa del Sol Naciente is everything in it's description and more. Relax by the pool, swim in the Sea or read on a swinging bed in the shade while the sounds of the waves lull you to sleep. The accommodations were wonderful. Everyone had a great room. Lots of space for yourself, with great areas to congregate with the whole group. We cooked several meals in and found the kitchen very well equipped. We enjoyed a welcoming Margarita on arrival our first day. We also enjoyed freshly made Guacamole and Salsa every afternoon! The housekeeper 'Yennie' kept the Villa tidy and made sure we had everything we needed. The grounds were maintained daily, as well, with the pool cleaned and the sand raked of the never-ending leaves from the beautiful landscaping. The Villa is close enough to so much, allowing you to explore the lagoons, Cenotes, towns and restaurants of the area. This was much nicer than staying in a large resort or hotel. It was more like visiting a friend for the week. Thanks Udi and Liz for creating such a wonderful place. It was our best trip ever to the Riviera Maya and one we hope to repeat very soon."
