"My wife and I arrived after a not so great week at a nearby all-inclusive resort nearby. Villa A-2 and the resort Luna Encantada was a fabulous refreshing experience. The beachfront/center-of-town location, coupled with the luxurious amenities within the condo made for a perfect holiday. We especially loved having the fabulous shopping and restaurants within one-half block away from 5th ave. The onsite manager, Edith, was available to answer any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again and loved the villa, the beachfront location and the management staff"

"This was our first trip to Playa Del Carmen and it is now my absolute favorite place in Mexico. The condo was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities you could want. Gary, the property manager was also quite helpful with information. The pictures on the web are very accurate; the place is as beautiful as they look. There are two tennis courts (with lights) right across the street which we loved. Very close to the main street with tons of great restaurants and shops. The rooftop pool was like having our own private pool; we only saw two other people the entire 8 days we were there. The beach is also convenient. It was truly a perfect vacation for us and we will return for sure! The Owner was a pleasure to work with and she made everything easy with the charges, deposits, etc. I highly recommend this condo for your vacation; you will not be disappointed."

"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Pete and Bob were so hopeful and were very quick with responses! The room was nice, but that view was amazing! After every day being at the pool or the beach, we would just relax on the balcony staring out into the ocean! The room was cozy, perfect for the 2 of us. We bought one day of the all inclusive deal there, and make sure you check what they are having before you purchase it. The breakfast they prepared was amazing, but lunch and dinner not so much. On our last night, it was Mexican night which was fun! They had great food, and great entertainment with singing, dancing, and fireworks! We also let go baby sea turtles! The best way to get around down there is their bus system, which Bob and Pete informed us of. The facility is nice, but a little older, but great for the price. They had an "activity coordinator" named Tony who was at the pool every day and would get activites together for both the adults and children who were there. Overall a great vacation!"

A wonderful corner suite to relax and enjoy the tranquil blue waters of the ocean
"This was our first time to Isla and I was awestruck by how beautiful it was. This condo provided amazing views of the beautiful turquoise blue ocean. Each night we would relax out on the wrap around balcony with a glass of wine and watch the most incredible sunsets we've ever seen.
The condo is very nice and provided all the comforts of home including a fully stocked kitchen with a full size fridge and freezer. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed waking up to the ocean view that we could see right from our bed. They provided bottled water in the room, which we used to fill our water bottles before heading out to the awesome white sand beach right outside the door downstairs. We also liked that you could get a clean beach towel each day downstairs.
The staff were very friendly and so accommodating. Whether it was setting you up on the beach with loungers and umbrellas or serving you refreshments and food right on the beach. They even filled up our air mattresses for us. The soft white sand beach is really clean and well maintained. We walked down the beach a little ways and found a great place to snorkel and see colorful fish (including Dorys as my kids called them), squid and even an octopus.
There are a wide array of shops and restaurants within short walking distance. There is also a market about a block away that we were able to get fresh fruit, pastries and freshly squeezed juices, which we would often have for breakfast. One of the kids favorite treats at night was a street vendor who made these treats called Marquesitas. They started out looking like crepes which turn into a warm delicately crunchy roll up, that were filled with bananas and Nutella.
We also rented golf carts (which is conveniently located right across the street). This allowed us to access even more of the wonderful restaurants and parks. The coconut french toast at the Mango Cafe was as wonderful as everyone said. There is also a turtle sanctuary on the island, where the kids enjoyed seeing all the baby turtles. But the best part of the trip for me had to be swimming with the whale sharks. They are these gentle giants and it was so very cool being able to snorkel alongside them as they lumbered by. We went through Isla Mujeres Water Tours with Jorge De La O. They were super accommodating and even made a crevice lunch with fresh caught fish. I would highly recommend them.
Thank you for sharing your place - It is amazing!!!"
