  • Beautiful and Relaxing

"The villa is just a few minutes walk from the main stip in Tulum where there was plenty to eat, buy and watch. The town has a great range of restaurants and activities- besides the beach. We found that we spent the morning by the beautiful pool, then would explore in the afternoon. We rented a car so were able to use the Villa as a home base and spent time in Akumal, the beach, the ruins and Xcaret. The apartment was quiet and has three covered spots from which you can view the Mayan jungle. The private garden and doors that opened the main floor wide up to the warm air was particularly charming. We will be back!"

  • Villa Sian Kaan beach house

"Fantastic house and beach. You can walk to many different restaurants and beach bars and can take a taxi to the north end of Tulum Beach Road or into Tulum for other restaurant selections. The owner/manager Guy Kouris, is a wonderful person and was accessible each day for any questions, concerns or just to check in on how we were doing. The staff who cleaned the house and took care of the property were friendly and helpful when needed and took immaculate care of the property and house. We were a party of 8 adults who have stayed in other houses and eco "resorts" like Tita Tulum over the last 12 years and this was our best stay."

  • A M A Z I N G !!!

"We stayed at CASA AMOR for few days and it was AMAZING! What a lovely, romantic, pure, beautiful, artsy place. The owner, Maria, is a very very nice person. If you are looking for a special place to stay that is the one. The cabana was built with love, passion. It is so beautiful, a piece of pure art. The location of CASA AMOR is wonderfull, just in front of the ocean. Everything was perfect. We were there with our daughter of 11 years old and it was (by far) the best vacation spot we had during our long YUCATAN tour (we traveled for almost 2 months around the region). Everything inside and outside the cabana is perfect. If you are looking for a "secret" place and a different place CASA AMOR is the place to discover. Martin, Annie and Romane"

  • Great getaway

"We stayed at Casa Sophia for a week in December 2014, and will return if we can. It's a unique experience in a a unique location. The house is comfortable and the beach is gorgeous and perfect for long walks. The views from the terraces are dazzling. The staff is absolutely lovely -- inobtrusive and yet always there when we needed them, or were just about to need them. Of course the flip side to the sense of being far from civilisation is that it is a bit of a hassle to get to civilisation when you want it (or even to get it to come to you). However, the road was in good shape during our visit and there are some fantastic places to eat just a few kilometres up the road, just outside of the reserve. The hotel next door has now closed, so going there for meals is no longer an option and expect to pay a surcharge for chef services or grocery deliveries, etc. but for us, this was well worth it just for being where we were."
