  • Perfect location

"This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this condo at El Faro and we love it. The location is perfect and the condo is very clean and comfortable! The owners make sure you have everything you need for a great vacation! Everything you could want is in walking distance. Shopping, great bars and restaurants and beautiful white sand beaches."

  • Awesome Vacation Home

"Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was impressed with everything, except for the manager who was assigned to our home. We saw him briefly the first day. He did not show us anything or how anything worked. Electricity went out 6 times, not from weather, but main breaker kept on tripping. It's not in the house, it;s at the end of the road. Repairman came out twice, was not fixed, we finally got fed up and drove to the end of the road and tripped the breaker ourselves. Could stock house with more towels for so many people. Was clean, caretaker was wonderful, beautiful location & close to activities, etc. Great vacation home."

  • "Live like a Local"

"We “lived like locals” for a week at Casa de los Viajeros in a pretty residential neighborhood 3 blocks from the Town Square and 2 blocks from the Beach. We stayed in Suite 3, which is an 800 square foot 1 Bedroom/1 Bath apartment uniquely laid out on 2 floors, which made it feel very spacious. There were 7 modern screened windows we could slide open to feel the breeze, as well as our balcony door - the cross ventilation was excellent. A ceiling fan on each floor was a special bonus. The unit was quiet, fully equipped, nicely decorated, extremely well-located, and came at an exceptionally low price. (A week at Casa de los Viajeros was less than we’ve spent for a single night at places in the Caribbean!) The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of modern electrical outlets and light switches everywhere. There was even special recessed lighting on the stairs to the 2nd level, which we used as a deluxe nightlight. Upstairs there was a large corner with wire shelving, plenty of hangers, and a full length mirror which we used as a dressing area. We rented from Rob and Joanne, who live on the premises and own a bookstore in town - so they’re always nearby if you need their help. They are both very friendly, extremely nice people, and are very accommodating to any special needs. Rob even provides a large notebook in the suite filled with detailed information on things to do in Puerto Morelos."

  • A dream come true

"Here is a summary of my experience at Hacienda Corazon First of all the first thing that pops in your head when you arrive is "WOW" This place is stacked! Someone thought about everything that would make anyone feel comfortable and happy. If it's not the 3 refrigerators in the large open kitchen or the Xbox 360 in the game room or the reliable Wi-Fi it's something else. No little detail has been left out. The back yard is full of lounge chairs and setup so you can start enjoying life around a wonderful pool. Just a few feet away you can jump into the ocean or grab one of the kayaks provided to you and head out on an adventure. The food. I have traveled to Quintana Roo many times and rarely do I get to taste such delicious homemade meals. If you have the option to have their cooks come over trust me you will not let them leave your house! Once you have all your friends and family sitting at the large table you will feel truly at home. The staff is truly genuine and delightful people who will make you feel welcome. The cleaning crew knows what they are doing and usually come later in the day after everyone has been awake for sometime. We stayed for a full week and never noticed that anything was missed. The crew is very professional and friendly. The location is ideal for a combination of things. You can stay local in Puerto Aventuras and have a good time just walking around. There are many beaches and chill/relax activities to basically take it easy. If you want to party you are just 10/15 minutes away from Playa Del Carmen. There is also a local karaoke bar 10 minutes walking distance. You are just minutes away from a plethora of parks and natural activities not to mention Tulum. We rented a car so we basically just wandered out at different times. One of my favorite moments in the trip was when I took an early morning kayak trip by myself. About 100 yards out a turtle popped his head out next to me. He hung out for a while and I was able to enjoy the sunrise. Our friends got married in the backyard. The ceremony was very special. The party was incredible. Having a home built like this is truly a dream come true."
