  • Great Stay!!!

"We arrived for a 4 night stay in December prior to meeting our friends in the Mayan for another week. We really wanted our kids to experience the all the island has to offer prior to an all inclusive. We have been to the island previously 2 times but the first time at Nautibeach & it did not disappoint. The condo was spacious enough for the 4 of us. One bdrm had a single & a double bed while the master had a queen. The kitchen is well equipped for what we needed it for. The wifi worked great & I really liked that there was a key for the patio door which allowed us steps to the pool & beach. They provide lounge chairs on the beach just for their clients. Can't wait to return & we would definitely rent with Keith again. He provided great service & answered all our questions."

  • My ideal "All Inclusive" Resort

"We were so happy when we walked through your place and out on to the balcony. We truly found paradise and wished that we could have stayed another week. Our experience in Playa Del Carmen was not so great. Our cute little boutique condo was 1/2 block from the clubs playing their music until 6AM. then every drunk walking down the street shouting to talk to each other (Ear and Brain damage) Anyway we will not go back to Playa DC, every 25 years is enough for me. Doris is my idea of all inclusive and was a dream and I hope that Darcy didn't drive her crazy with her Spanish lessons every morning. We had dinner downtown ($1 bus ride) at Ronaldi's(we were the only tourists there and it was packed with local families)and El Roncin Vino, Just get off by the Round a bout with the giant sea shells, all of the restaurants are near there. We did walk (10 min from villa) down the street to La Novia with the huts on the docks and was very yummy food and wine, the sunsets were incredible (Make reservations for tables on the docks). I already miss being lulled to sleep with the waves all night long, but it's back to reality. We are already planning our next trip to your place, possible with more people and rent the whole place. I have to start putting money away for my Villa 8 retirement plan. I am writing this review under protest as I do not want you to get booked up and save you for myself, I am selfish that way."

  • Fantastic Time

"My husband and I brought our two teenage kids to Playa for Spring break and had a wonderful time. Everything Erica you said about the apartment was wonderful. The condo is very spacious, clean, and fantastic comfy beds. You have a beautiful home in Playa and I would not hesitate to recommend your unit and your service to all my friends here in Calgary. Thanks again..."

Quintana Roo Travel Tips

Quintana Roo has Perfect Beaches and Much More

The Mexican state of Quintana Roo is on the eastern part of Yucatán Peninsula. It is home to some of the best vacation areas in the country. Some visitors come seeking activity all day and dancing all night; others come for the tranquility of large beaches and warm seas. While the capital city of Quintana Roo is Chetumal, the state also includes Cancún, the islands of Cozumel, Isla Mujheres, and towns such as Bacalar, Felipe Carrillo Puerto and Playa del Carmen. Other places to visit are Puerto Juárez, Akumal, and Puerto Morelos. Remnants of the ancient Mayan civilization abound here, such as at Chaccbhoben, Coba, Kohunlich, Muyil, Tulum, Xel-Há, and Xcaret. And that is just a few! This is a large area, great for mixing relaxing on the beach with some water sports thrown in and day trips in an array of beautiful towns and ancient ruins.

Being geared to tourism, Quintana Roo is easy to explore and most people coming here take advantage of the many options to get around the area. Most choose to arrive via Cancún International Airport and many take a rental car option for maximum freedom to explore. Many choose Quintana Roo Mexico vacation rentals for the same reasons.

Beaches, Water Sports and Theme Parks Galore

Cancún, known as the Mexican Caribbean, sits on the Yucatán Channel and is a world-famous tourist location. Visitors here will enjoy some of the best beaches in the world with an exceptional amount of water sports, such as diving, swimming with dolphins and deep sea fishing. A short ferry ride takes visitors to the beautiful Isla Mujeres and one of the many attractions here is the incredible seafood! The island is a favorite for those who enjoy snorkeling and scuba diving on the many coral reefs. Another major attraction here is the facility for the rescue and breeding of sea turtles. Cancún has great shopping and a variety of theme parks, such as Xplor, Xcaret Eco Park and Xel-Ha.

For those who find the lure of exploration, the Riviera Maya will be a great experience. People come here for the archaeological sites, such as Coba and Tulum.

The town of Bacalar sits on a lagoon of the same name. This beautiful town dates from the 16th century and has a fascinating history of piracy. The 17th-century Fortress de San Felipe Bacalar is now a wonderful tourist attraction.

Those seeking quieter Quintana Roo Mexico resorts have many options to choose from. Puerto Morelos, with its mangrove swamp, or Akumal, meaning "place of the turtles" would make great options. There are many smaller resorts that are less crowded but with equally wonderful beaches and shopping. They are also within close proximity to larger towns for more lively activities.

Archaeological Sites to See

No visit to Quintana Roo Mexico condos is complete without exploring some of the incredible ancient sites in this region. Visitors will enjoy heading into the jungle to visit these sites. Bonampak is famous for its graphic murals of human sacrifice! Kohunlich, Dzibanche and Oxtankah are famous for the lush jungle, exotic birds and wildlife. Bring your bathing suit to Tulum, the "Walled City" where the beach is next to the site. Visitors can view the Fresco remnants before heading for a swim. Accessible by river via long boats is Yaxchilan. Deep in the Chiapas jungle, this site includes several Mayan ruins and is well worth a visit.

Make Your Vacation Perfect with the Perfect Accommodation

Visitors to Quintana Roo Mexico vacation rentals will find a huge variety of accommodation options available. Whether it is a spacious home in the heart of the city or a condo close to a quiet beach, you will find the perfect option. Rather than being bound to a room, these homes offer the space to relax and enjoy a welcoming environment. Homes are equipped with everything required to make a perfect vacation even better.
