"My family and I love this amazing beach house. My 2 year old and 4 year old fall in love of the swiming pool, great for kids. It has wifi, Tv english channels and a perfect swiming pool, Beautiful ocean amazing breeze. this house is great for families with young kids, it has equipement for everything you need! We love having a washmachine to avoid driving to the Laundry place, and the manager provides you a cleaning service if you need to and they are wonderful cleaning the house and the pool.
The beach and the sunsets could be one of the must relaxing time staying at this house and Chuburna is such a quiet and relaxing town. The owners and the manager of this house could be one of the must amazing people I have ever deal in renting a house. they provide everything you will need. they are So flexible and nice!! They always on top of everything when you need it. my kids enjoy picking up seashells walking at the beach, the water at the ocean is clean and the beach is clean as well. you can walk 2 seconds and you will find store near by.
we really enjoy this beach house and we are looking foward to stay again!!
Thank you Gina and Matt for let us enjoy your home!! you have an amazing home!!
See you soon

KATHLEEN WHITE'S GUEST HOUSE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR THE SINGLE TRAVELER AS WELL AS COUPLES
"I stayed at the El Avenue Blanca for one month. April 14 to May 14, 2015. I was there for extensive dental work and was traveling alone. Being a 65 year old woman, it was difficult to stay in a hotel by myself. I would highly recommend this guest house, especially, for people traveling alone. Those who do not speak Spanish and do not know the city.
Kathleen and her family are very nice people. She was informative on places to visit and ways to spend the time I was not seeing the dentist. Also, she was able to call taxis for me - something I could not do myself since I do not speak Spanish.
Her inn is a reasonable place to spend time, and within reasonable walking distance to certain locations. If you stay with her for 1 month, you have your own bedroom and bathroom. You also have use of the kitchen, pool, CD library, garden areas and patios.
It was nice to have other people around me to talk to and share my adventures.
Again, I recommend her guest house for anyone traveling to Merida, Mexico for the first time."

"True "ends of the earth" paradise living. The house is well appointed with spacious indoor and outdoor living. One can catch a glimpse of the sea from most any vantage point inside or out. The caretakers were one of highlights; attentive but never intrusive.
The town itself is about as sleepy as you would imagine a Mexican fishing village to be. One of our favorite parts was buying fresh seafood most every day (shrimp, grouper, ocotpus). There a few restaurants, street food, liquor store, and mini Tiendas scattered around the town.
While you can stop in Tizimin for groceries, I'd strongly advise that you do that in Cancun. The store in Tizimin, while large, was pretty abysmally stocked. Also, make sure to fill up on gas before you head out of Cancun.
Susanne was very communicative and quick to respond to all of our questions. She went out of her way to make sure we had all the information we needed for a very successful vacation. We hope to be back one day!"

"My husband, and I have stayed in this beautiful home twice, and will continue to stay here whenever in Merida. We have a car, and carry biclcles. The garage is perfect for us. The charm of this home is captivating. It's age doesn't mean you do without though. It has everything you could want. The home owner and property manager are easy to reach, and respond quickly. We truly love it!"
