"My husband stayed here for five nights at the end of our Argentina trip. It is the perfect neighborhood to use as a home base to explore the city. There are lots of nice cafes and restaurants just a few steps away, and it is easy to get around the city from there, by bus or taxi. (We loved eating lunch at The Tea Collection, and getting ice cream cones at Volta!) The apartment faces a quiet courtyard, and combines the convenience of being situated on a major avenue with the pleasure of being able to relax on the little balcony over a garden at the end of the day with a drink. The apartment is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking (although we didn't cook.) The bathroom is a bit small but adequate. We felt secure in the neighborhood and in the apartment. Most importantly, the apartment managers, Raul and Cecilia Franzini, are exceptionally helpful and responsive (in excellent English) to all questions and requests, always answering texts, emails or phone messages within a few minutes. Raul even came on a Sunday and spent an hour fixing some non-functioning lights and repairing the shower head for us. That level of responsiveness and care means a lot, especially when you are 5,000 miles from home and don't speak the language! Definitely recommended."

"My husband and I spent a week in Buenos Aires at this apartment and couldn't have been more satisfied.
First of all, we had a great location in a very quiet building, and the apartment owner Max met us at the apartment the morning we arrived from the airport, giving us good local advice for sights, restaurants, transportation etc.. Also, there is a good collection of travel guides that we used extensively. The apartment is small, but a much better set-up than just a hotel room as we had a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining table to spread out in and of course the bed and bathrooms. We never heard noise from any neighbors, and once the windows are closed, the street noise is very minimal. Max added some nice touches like an umbrella (we needed it one day), hair dryer, electrical adapters and a lock box. Visitors can easily pay $100 more per night for a hotel room in this area, but they won't be able to walk down the hall and make a midnight snack or cup of tea when they want in a single hotel room. Live like a Porteno for your stay!"

"Where do we begin!!my husband and I had the great pleasure to spend one month in this beautiful, charming apt. We were so fortunate to meet the lovely owners prior to our visit who we met through mutual friends. They were so gracious to tell us about their apt and beautiful BA.
When we arrived at the airport we were greeted by our wonderfuldriver/tour guide who we helped us throughout our stay. When we arrived at the building,Roberto and Varme, the managing agents of the
apt., were waiting for us with smiles and hugs! They were so very helpful throughout our stay... No matter what questions we had.
The apt was simply lovely ... Beautiful, spacious, well furnished according to the culture of the beautiful country. The beds were clean and comfortable. Chandeliers in every room... This is what I saw when I woke up each morning! And loved the balcony.
The location of the apt was convenient to everything. We were in the "times "square" of the city... Busy, energy ,people, cabs, buses, subway, restaurants, grocery store, bakery, gelato and of course Avenida Florida for shopping.....everything within walking distance. People were so helpful when you asked for directions.Also.. 2 coffee shops at each end of our street..we got friendly with our servers.;)
So much to see/do in BA! We went to outdoor concerts, gaucho ranch, tango lessons and shows, weekend craft festivals and more!!
We were so fortunate to share this magical experience with our daughter and our friends. It was like our home away from home. If we ever return, mwe would certainly stay her once again!!!"
