  • A fun stay :)

"Spacious with all amenities as described. Ruben was very responsive and we didn't have any issues. As it was our 3rd time to BA we were familiar with the area and could easily move around. As some of us were light sleepers the room at the entrance was close to the street so you would have passing pedestrians which didn't bother us but good to know. We did use the BBQ which was great for hosting people and worked out better than expected. Cafe Rivas was a block away and had good breakfast, lunch which was perfect before we headed out to other areas. I would stay there again."

  • Fantastic Apartment!

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for five nights in January. The apartment had everything we needed, was very nice and spacious and has a wonderful terrance that makes you feel like you are high up in the trees. The manager, Juan, is so incredibly helpful. He gave us great recommendations, answered his phone very late at night when we needed his help with something and was just lovely in every way possible. I highly recommend this apartment and Juan (he has a few other listings)."

  • Memorable stay!

"Our stay was enhanced by the wonderful feeling we got while we stayed in the apartment. We enjoyed everything about it, from its great location, to the wonderful interior design. The light is amazing, provided by high ceilings and a corridor that has one wall with beautiful glass panels. The owner has been most helpful and responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this place!"

  • Wonderful Home Away from Home!

"My husband and I came to Buenos Aires for his business conference. We chose Palermo and this apartment because of its proximity to the conference center. My husband enjoyed being able to walk there in about 20 minutes, everyday. The owner and property manager were very resposive via email before our departure from the U.S. They arranged a driver to meet us at the airport and bring us to the apartment. We were warmly greeted upon arrival by the property manager. She spent a great deal of time answering all of our questions, giving us a way to contact her anytime, and orienting us to the neigborhood amenities (restaurants, shopping, grocery store,etc.). We appreciated the privacy of being the only apartment as you exit the elevator. We enjoyed the "wall of windows" in the living room and bedroom. These provided great breezes, views and light while still being private, as the apartment is on the top floor. We were also appreciative of the laptop computer with instant internet access, the big television, well equipped kitchen, great shower and bathtub, comfortable bed, and even the little hummingbird that visited the orange flowers on the balcony several times a day! We enjoyed walking to various restaurants in Palermo, sampling the empanadas. I felt very safe walking about on my own, while my husband attended meetings. I enjoyed shopping in the Leather District for great bargains, and even walking to a couple of Zumba classes. Inspite of our extremely limited Spanish, we have found everyone warm, friendly, and helpful. The property owner and property manager have gone out of their way to make our stay in Buenos Aires even better than we imagined. If we have the opportunity to return to Buenos Aires, we would not hesitate to stay here again. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment!"

The average winter temperatures are around -2 degrees Centigrade which make for ideal snow skiing conditions. If you want to enjoy some of the city’s sights and neighboring attractions, you may choose to visit during the warmer summer months. Hikers can enjoy the many mountain trails and the city enjoys long summer days. Even though it is most well known as a winter ski destination, Bariloche is in fact an ideal year-round vacation destination.
