"My husband and I just spent 10 days in this apartment and found it to be even better equipped than we imagined. Marcella, the manager, provided fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, coffee, milk and butter to kickstart our stay, and we bought bread from the French bakery located across the street. The air conditioners kept us comfortable during the hot weather, and the spaciousness of the rooms and the terraces made for a relaxed stay. We brought back a case of wine from Terroir, the friendly wine shop a block away recommended by the owner. Very helpful was a lead on a place to change dollars, a place we visited too often! Though the apartment is not in the middle of the tourist district, few cab rides rarely cost more than 500 pesos (around $4.00 at the current exchange rate), and we rode the subways everywhere with ease. Important to us was the peacefulness of the tree-lined neighborhood. I would highly recommend this apartment!"

"My wife, father-in-law and I all visited Buenos Aires for a week in November. Robert, the owner, met us and was wonderful. He provided us with maps, information, tips on how to enjoy our stay in Buenos Aires. His area knowledge was critical for us since this was my first trip to Buenos Aires. He was literally available to us 24/7. The apt was great as advertised 2 bed/2 bath. Very clean and very near cafes and grocery and bars and restaurants. Even though the apt is in the middle of town there was minimal noise and we slept well. Robert provided great tips for tour guides and places to visit as well as how to navigate the Argentine currency. We had a great stay and would recommend this apt to anyone visiting Buenos Aires."

"We had a great time in Buenos Aires and the apartment was part of the experience. It started with our arrival...Analia met us at the apartment and had already turned on the a/c so the apartment was nice and cool. The apartment is clean and very spacious, lots of room to sit and relax on the sofa and enjoy coffee in the morning. The WIFI worked great. The bed is really comfortable and it's a king, which was really nice. The location is superb...right in Las Canitas, felt very safe, close to Baez and other streets with great dining choices, also close to the train station and metro and small markets to buy items for eating in.
The only recommendation I would make is to pay for the reservation in full before arrival. With the exchange rate as crazy as it is, it's too complicated switching from dollars to pesos as the exchange rates vary from official to unofficial and in our case, was not advantageous.
Thanks Analia for the nice stay! It was great meeting you!"

"We (two couples) stayed at Casa Palermo for 5 nights. So happy with the location, the home in general and the owner.
They were amazing prior arrival with so many helpful hints and " walked us thru everything" ( survival guide)
The information we received before and the transportation was helpful. Well maintained apartment in we enjoyed the patio in the morning and the stars from the rooftop at night.
Clean, great value and we felt very secure. The Italian bacery closed by offered the best pastries. Always would recommend to stay at Casa Palermo when traveling to BA!!"
