Great Experience in Recoleta Neighborhood Residence
"We stayed at Flavia's place for an entire month. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Since the beginning of our communication with Flavia things rolled nicely with her and her assistant Mariana, lovely lady!, who was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived. The residency is located in the hug of BA- walking distance to everything, including buses and suite. The building is quite and Demetrio, the building manager, is very nice man who made himself available in case we needed something. There were two housekeepers- Benjamin, lovely & hard working young lady and Tita, nice talkative lady. One came on Mondays and the other one on Thursdays from 9am to 2pm. This was a little too intrusive for us who went to bed really late and enjoyed quite and slow mornings. Overall the experience was super! I will recommend this rental and I will rent it again next in BA without hesitation."

"We had a great time in Buenos Aires and the apartment was part of the experience. It started with our arrival...Analia met us at the apartment and had already turned on the a/c so the apartment was nice and cool. The apartment is clean and very spacious, lots of room to sit and relax on the sofa and enjoy coffee in the morning. The WIFI worked great. The bed is really comfortable and it's a king, which was really nice. The location is superb...right in Las Canitas, felt very safe, close to Baez and other streets with great dining choices, also close to the train station and metro and small markets to buy items for eating in.
The only recommendation I would make is to pay for the reservation in full before arrival. With the exchange rate as crazy as it is, it's too complicated switching from dollars to pesos as the exchange rates vary from official to unofficial and in our case, was not advantageous.
Thanks Analia for the nice stay! It was great meeting you!"

Pied à terre in one of the best neighborhoods in Buenos Aires
"I’m writing this review from the unit itself. We consider ourselves “alumni” of the apartment, having first stayed here in 2009, and have been back two times since. We are clearly hooked on both the city and the neighborhood, and feel truly feel at home in the apartment—it’s modern and clean, without being over-the-top (as we saw in other local rentals).
Location can’t be beat, on a lively and active neighborhood 2 blocks from Avenida Santa Fe, a major shopping street, and home to a nice mall and subway stop. That said, taxis are so inexpensive that we find ourselves taking them most of the time.
Everything you need is close by, including grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants. There’s a bakery in the building, two ice cream shops on each corner and a coffee shop across the street—what else could you need? There’s also a laundromat around the corner, which offers same and next day service.
Mirta, the owner, is fantastic; she’s highly responsive, and has provided us some great tips over the years.

"This condo is within walking distance or short subway rides to most of Buenos Aires. In addition to being a clean, modern apartment in a secure building, the hosts were fabulous. Sandy, the owner, is very responsive and provides great tips on everything from airport transportation to restaurants to tango shows, museums, and other places of interest. The apartment is near some great bakeries and across the street from the best ice cream shop. The local host, Marina, is wonderful. She met us at the apartment with maps and suggestions and a large binder stuffed with information and brochures. Both she and Sandy were interested in ensuring we enjoyed our stay in BA, replied to our emails when we had questions, followed up to ensure everything was well, and were flexible when we needed a late checkout. They were the best."
