"My husband and I just spent 10 days in this apartment and found it to be even better equipped than we imagined. Marcella, the manager, provided fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, coffee, milk and butter to kickstart our stay, and we bought bread from the French bakery located across the street. The air conditioners kept us comfortable during the hot weather, and the spaciousness of the rooms and the terraces made for a relaxed stay. We brought back a case of wine from Terroir, the friendly wine shop a block away recommended by the owner. Very helpful was a lead on a place to change dollars, a place we visited too often! Though the apartment is not in the middle of the tourist district, few cab rides rarely cost more than 500 pesos (around $4.00 at the current exchange rate), and we rode the subways everywhere with ease. Important to us was the peacefulness of the tree-lined neighborhood. I would highly recommend this apartment!"

"We had a great time in Buenos Aires and the apartment was part of the experience. It started with our arrival...Analia met us at the apartment and had already turned on the a/c so the apartment was nice and cool. The apartment is clean and very spacious, lots of room to sit and relax on the sofa and enjoy coffee in the morning. The WIFI worked great. The bed is really comfortable and it's a king, which was really nice. The location is superb...right in Las Canitas, felt very safe, close to Baez and other streets with great dining choices, also close to the train station and metro and small markets to buy items for eating in.
The only recommendation I would make is to pay for the reservation in full before arrival. With the exchange rate as crazy as it is, it's too complicated switching from dollars to pesos as the exchange rates vary from official to unofficial and in our case, was not advantageous.
Thanks Analia for the nice stay! It was great meeting you!"

"I spent some days with my family in this beautiful apartment! After a kind reception by Llewelyn and Jim we've just felt like being at home. The location is perfect, near from many interesting places and also good to walk in the neighborhood. We found everything we needed! There are many nice spots in Casa Cerviño to sit and relax and we were 7! Linda was always on top to make sure we had a perfect stay, and we did!
I am originally from Buenos Aires, left some years ago and know the city very well, I consider this is great place to stay. I highly recommend Casa Cerviño!"
