"I came to BA to share three weeks with my partner. This was my first trip to Argentina. There was a delay at the airport upon our arrival and Pablo was extremely patience with us & accommodating to the unexpected circunstances. Pablo's apartment made for a great stay! The apartment is great!, on excellent location!, quiet building, nice neighbors, very clean, walking distance to everything you possibly may need and want. Pablo and his aunt Betty, who cleans the apartment, were super friendly!, reliable, and made themselves available to our needs. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone visiting BA for a short or long term. I'll certainly consider to rent the property again next year. Thank you Pablo! Jon & Beatriz"

Very authentic and comfortable apartment in Buenos Aires
"I only have good comments about this apartment. The location is great, the apartment is spacious, comfortable (the beds are especially great!), clean and well equiped. It really feels authentic and unique, with a cosy atmosphere. The owner is very helpful and cordial. We stayed for almost 2 weeks with our young daughter and we had a wonderful time! After a few days it felt like home! We would love to come back!"

"This property is ideal for someone visiting from North America. The building is in a safe an upscale area with lots of shopping and dinning options. Transportation is fairly easy by way of Santa Fe a main avenue in BA. You may take a bus or Subte /Subway to reach points of interest. Taxi's are a waste of money unless you are headed to and from the airport or have large packages to carry. The apartment itself is bright with a lovely view from the fifth floor in a secure building. What takes getting use too is having multiple old school keys to open the front entrance of the building and then two for the unit. Be prepared this is European living with tiny elevators by American Standards but they are efficient and easy to exit once you get into the groove of things. The loft style is very appealing since you enter an expansive space with a full kitchen and half bath downstairs. So it is great for entertaining if you happen to have friends over. The upstairs has a full bathroom with comfortable counter space. Likewise, the 2nd floor has a flatscreen with cable (multiple channels), large amounts of storage and an L style railing that allows you to look below at the kitchen and living room. You also have a comfy balcony for morning coffee or fresh air. Be warned you will find yourself often crossing the street and going to Martinez Cafe for Cappuccinos or Freddos for ice cream both outstanding. The kitchen has a large counter space which doubles as a breakfast area although there is a small dining table as well.
There are tons of guidebooks, restaurant guides and Marina to assist you with any needs. Clean linens are available for the bed and towels. A small hairdryer is also available ladies. If you choose to have clothing washed just cross the street to the Lavanderia and drop off your clothes if you do so in the morning M-F they will have it ready in the early evening even on Sat. There are plenty of converters for outlets so plugging in phones or tablets is not an issue. I do encourage you to buy groceries and stay in once or twice, be aware that you are charged for grocery bags in BA which I found odd but they are trying to encourage people to bring their own. I used the bags for trash. I also encourage you to exchange your money in BA for a better rate. It may get noisy at times but that's city living. Great place with spiral staircase!"
