"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful penthouse apartment. There was a lot of space and comfort for two couples. We loved the kitchen and the amazing wrap around balcony. The contemporary furnishings and architecture were perfect. Diego was our savior and was always available with helpful advice and local knowledge. Be sure to bring US cash, because Diego can be very helpful with exchange issues. The neighborhood, Palermo Soho, is the best place to stay in town. It was convenient to the subway (Green line goes straight downtown) and so nice to be in a neighborhood with great restaurants (best steak ever just a few blocks away at Don Julio Parilla!) the neighborhood felt very safe to walk around at night. Be sure to check out the shops and restaurants around El Salvador and Armenia, a short walk away. We can't wait to get back to Buenos Aires and to stay here again!"

"The property itself is as described in previous posts----very, very nice! More than enough space for our group of 7 adults. The location is perfect right in the center of Palermo Soho. The manager contact Martin is first class and was very helpful with other aspects of our trip. Highly recommended! Bring lots of your American Dollars and be sure to find a place to get the "market" exchange rate vs. the rate you'll get on your credit card."

"We had a great time regardless of the rain. The city is very walkable and the location is pretty central. The subway is only a few blocks away (6-7) but for the most part we chose to walk and be amongst the city (we walked about 8 mi/day which is probably more than most would do but the best way to experience the city). Taxis for 6 are not available or we would have used more but still walked a lot.
We were with our 4 kids (13-20) and although workable the 3rd bedroom is a loft and above the kitchen, so not much privacy if needed and direct access to only the half bathroom downstairs so need to be careful going downstairs in the middle of the night (not recommended for young kids).
Nice historical charm, well appointed kitchen, half a block to a grocery story, and dozens of restaurants within a couple of blocks. Martin and his driver were great! Thanks."

"The studio apartment is exactly as advertised - beautiful!
I was met by Martin the Property Manager. He went over all of the features of the apartment and gave me lots of helpful tips on Buenos Aires.
The room darkening shades were certainly needed and appreciated from all of the great BA sun. Super convenient that there is a little mini market right next to the building - no fresh fruit or veggies though. For that you'll have to walk a block or two.
This is the ideal location for a visit to BA. It's on a quiet street but within blocks of more of the Palermo action.
It's a very safe and convenient apartment and building in a great neighbourhood."
