One of the best rentals we have ever had, anytime, anywhere in the world
"We have been renting apartments or houses for well over 10 years in the US, Europe and Latin-America and this is clearly among the very best.
Fabulous location, great use of space, very nicely decorated, plenty of light and very well equipped. Last but not least, very friendly, knowledgable and responsive owner. Great value.
Fabulosa ubicación, gran uso del espacio, preciosa decoración, mucha luz, muy bien equipado. Además, la propietaria es muy amigable, conocedora y accesible. El precio es muy razonable dada la calidad."

"We staying at the Poetry Building for 10 days and loved every minute—this studio was very spacious for 2 people and we felt extremely comfortable. Although the apartment faced a busy street the dual-pane windows/doors kept out the noise making the apartment super quiet. The apartment had great amenities including a full kitchen (with coffee and tea supplies), a hair dryer and towels in the bathroom, and even a power adapter.
Poetry Building is in the beautiful Recoleta neighborhood and is walking distance to many attractions (Av Santa Fe, 9 de Julio, Recoleta Cemetery, City Tour stop, etc.). It is also surrounded by delicious restaurants and is conveniently located near grocery stores. Honestly, the only thing missing in Poetry Building was a washer and drier, however, there was a laundry mat just a few doors down and they had our laundry washed/dried in less than 2 hours which worked out perfectly.
Poetry Building’s staff was amazing! They were readily available to answer questions, provide us with city maps, tour suggestions, etc. We loved our experience and would definitely stay here again."

"My husband and I just spent 10 days in this apartment and found it to be even better equipped than we imagined. Marcella, the manager, provided fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, coffee, milk and butter to kickstart our stay, and we bought bread from the French bakery located across the street. The air conditioners kept us comfortable during the hot weather, and the spaciousness of the rooms and the terraces made for a relaxed stay. We brought back a case of wine from Terroir, the friendly wine shop a block away recommended by the owner. Very helpful was a lead on a place to change dollars, a place we visited too often! Though the apartment is not in the middle of the tourist district, few cab rides rarely cost more than 500 pesos (around $4.00 at the current exchange rate), and we rode the subways everywhere with ease. Important to us was the peacefulness of the tree-lined neighborhood. I would highly recommend this apartment!"
