Very convenient app. in Palermo
"We stayed for a week in Buenos Aires with our 3 kids and our 6 months old baby. The place is of a decent size to even fit a big family. The balcony has netted protection for the children, which is not unimportant to mention. The TV is a little outdated, but overall the appartment is in relatively good shape. It is centrally located in Palermo, with walking distance to shopping and restaurants. On the downside, if you come with your car, you will have to make arrangements for a parking place before hand. Having said that, I parked on the streets and the neighborhood is very safe, so also no issues there. The owner is very helpful and accomodating.
So in short, it´s very convenient appartment, centrally located, in a very safe neighborhood and overall very good quality for money."

"My husband and I spent a week in Buenos Aires at this apartment and couldn't have been more satisfied.
First of all, we had a great location in a very quiet building, and the apartment owner Max met us at the apartment the morning we arrived from the airport, giving us good local advice for sights, restaurants, transportation etc.. Also, there is a good collection of travel guides that we used extensively. The apartment is small, but a much better set-up than just a hotel room as we had a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining table to spread out in and of course the bed and bathrooms. We never heard noise from any neighbors, and once the windows are closed, the street noise is very minimal. Max added some nice touches like an umbrella (we needed it one day), hair dryer, electrical adapters and a lock box. Visitors can easily pay $100 more per night for a hotel room in this area, but they won't be able to walk down the hall and make a midnight snack or cup of tea when they want in a single hotel room. Live like a Porteno for your stay!"
