Doesn't get better than this
"We only had three nights but I wish it could have been longer. This 3rd floor apartment is very large and open. There is a balcony on the main floor and also a huge terrace that is reached by a flight of stairs. There is a table, chairs and lounge chairs on the terrace and it's a great place to sit and have a glass of wine while enjoying the view. We really appreciated the washing machine too.
The whole booking process was smooth and professional. Any questions we had were answered promptly and we felt very welcome on our arrival. Between David and the rental agent, we got a lot of advice and helpful information about the area.
There are so many great restaurants and cafes in this neighborhood that we ate at a different place every day and hardly used the kitchen. ( Don Julios and Las Horas being our favorites). We also checked out a couple of good ice cream shops too. We found it very easy to get around on the underground Metro and there is a stop not far from the apartment.
The apartment is in a secure building in a nice neighborhoodand and we always felt perfectly safe.
I would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to friends."

"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful penthouse apartment. There was a lot of space and comfort for two couples. We loved the kitchen and the amazing wrap around balcony. The contemporary furnishings and architecture were perfect. Diego was our savior and was always available with helpful advice and local knowledge. Be sure to bring US cash, because Diego can be very helpful with exchange issues. The neighborhood, Palermo Soho, is the best place to stay in town. It was convenient to the subway (Green line goes straight downtown) and so nice to be in a neighborhood with great restaurants (best steak ever just a few blocks away at Don Julio Parilla!) the neighborhood felt very safe to walk around at night. Be sure to check out the shops and restaurants around El Salvador and Armenia, a short walk away. We can't wait to get back to Buenos Aires and to stay here again!"

"I often do not leave feedback but felt compelled to write and let you know that your property is as beautiful as you show in your photos! My family and I stayed in Buenos Aires for a week of city adventuring and it was just lovely to come back to our little French hideaway to relax. The decorating was lovely, the kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable and the maid came back mid week for a bedding and towel change. The neighborhood felt safe and the elevator was beautiful as well as appreciated after a long day of city walking. I would not hesitate to use your apartment again and again. We loved BA and we loved your apartment. Thank you for sharing your home with us."

"My wife and I are nearing the end of a 2 1/2 month stay in this fabulous apartment. This was our third summer stay in BA, and was by far the best. The location is great; never a problem getting a cab. Several bus stops right outside the front door, although we didn't use the buses because cabs are so cheap.
The apartment itself is large, very comfortable, and beautifully furnished and equipt; dozens of books on architecture and art. Plenty of hot water. Only 5 apartments in the building; in 2+ months only saw two people in the lobby. Only negative is the noise in both bedrooms; the buses stop just feet from the bedroom windows and the sound of their brakes penetrates the double glazed windows and the silent motorized shutters. A white noise machine handles the traffic noise, but not the buses braking. We tend to be heavy sleepers, so the noise wasn't a major problem.
Marcella is super; we had no serious problems during our visit, but she was most responsive in giving us advice and resolving a couple of minor issues. The official conversion rate is currently 8.4 pesos to the dollar, but the "blue" rate is 15.1 peso to the dollar, so we recommend that you carry high denomination dollar bills. Brits and Europeans might well consider carrying US Dollars to convert at the blue rate; The current official rate for euros is 11 pesos; sterling is 13.7 (NO BLUE RATE>>!).
We highly recommend this beautiful apartment and we hope to return next summer."
