"This apartment is a nice way to experience living inside a typical San Telmo conventillo, with several lovely, wide doorways, high ceilings, a wrought iron balcony, and a number of modern updates. The pictures are accurate. The kitchen is adequately equipped for basic meal preparation; very nice to have a clothes washer; we especially liked the unique clothes drier. With selective use of the shutters and cross ventilation, we needed the air conditioning only when temperatures exceeded 30 Celcius. Over our two week stay, our sleep was disrupted on three nights by loud music and people noise. Rush hours traffic noise was daily from 4:30 to 7:00PM. The information binder was an excellent reference! Both the owner and her manager were very responsive to our inquiries and concerns. San Telmo is an interesting spot to get immersed in!"

"Spacious with all amenities as described. Ruben was very responsive and we didn't have any issues. As it was our 3rd time to BA we were familiar with the area and could easily move around. As some of us were light sleepers the room at the entrance was close to the street so you would have passing pedestrians which didn't bother us but good to know. We did use the BBQ which was great for hosting people and worked out better than expected. Cafe Rivas was a block away and had good breakfast, lunch which was perfect before we headed out to other areas. I would stay there again."

"Our group of three stayed in this beautiful San Telmo apartment prior to our dove hunting trip in Cordoba. Everything is walking distance...The huge market Sunday on Defensa was only a block away and we ate at two of the best steak restaurants in the area (Gran Parilla Del Plata and La Brigada) both within walking distance. The apartment's WiFi was great and we were all able to receive our emails and communicate with work/home while being gone; It was also nice with the Vonage line which allowed us to call back home when needed. Ruben, their local contact, was a wonderful help and he gave us a great overview and even helped us exchange our USD for Pesos. The owners are easy to work with and very flexible as we had to check in early and check out late to make this work! Highly Recommended - I will use them when I come back with my wife for a BA visit."

"I spent 8 days with my family. The house is just 30 meters from Dorrego Square, which is the central life point in San Telmo. The very old and traditional San Telmo market is also half-block away.
The apartment itself has all you need to spent a good holiday time, including good wine glasses, which are fundamental when travelling in Buenos Aires. Martin Aguilera, which is the contact point in Buenos Aires is an amazing guy who helped us with all local subjects and suggestions. The apartment also had a local mobile phone which is available for using during your stay. You only need to add credit.
I strongly recommend to stay at this house! Even considering that the subway is not so far away (10-12 minutes walk), the bus lines in Buenos Aires operate very well and they can help to reach all the main spots in the city."
