  • Best Place in Floripa

"This place was above and beyond what we had imagined. Right across the street from the best beach on the island. Close drive from great restaurants and other areas of Floripa. The place was huge and slept 4 very comfortably. Could have easily fit more It had all the amenities. Well cleaned and maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and was able to accommodate all of our requests. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone going to Florianopolis. My only regret is not staying at Nexus longer."

  • Perfect townhome in Florinaopolis! Muito bom!

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this property while visiting our son studying in Foripa. This is a great location across from Praia Mole (beach) and very near Lagoa Conceicao and Barra da Lagoa. The townhome is well appointed, very comfortable, modern with special features and amenities including a local cell phone and international line. Mari is the most exceptional property manager-host we've ever experienced. She arranged for our pick up at the airport, rental car (delivered to the townhome) and made recommendations for places to explore, eat shop and night life. We did not want to leave and will definitely be back, soon I hope!"

  • Excellent townhouse located next to ideal beach and close to a great small village

"I rented this townhouse from June 13 to June 25, 2014. I used this townhouse as my home base for the World Cup. Even though Florianopolis is very south (I was following Team USA), whenever I arrived back here, I felt refreshed and I felt like I was at home. The townhouse is very large and spacious. The soaking pool outside is not heated. I loved sitting outside at night but since it was pretty chilly, my friends and I did not use the soaking pool. The kitchen has everything you need to cook (even though I did not because the surrounding area has so many good places to eat). The dining table is nice. The TV has mostly Brazilian channels, but there are some English ones. Bathroom on main level is nice. The second floor has two spacious guestrooms with a full bath next to the guest rooms. One of the second floor guestrooms has a balcony. The master bedroom has an attached wonderful bathroom (soaking tub and shower) with double vanity and walk in closet. The master bedroom also has a balcony. Attached to the master bedroom is the loft. The loft is very open so it is not something a child should stay in. It is also not private so the master/loft sleeping arrangement needs to be considered if you are with a big family or group of friends. Once I had space in the house, I told my cousin to sleep in the newly open guestroom because he snores. Renata, the property manager, is very kind and caring. I also had a private driver, Anna, who was amazing. She picked my friends and I up from the airport and dropped us off, took us to grocery stores, told us the fun things to do around town, etc. We loved her! If you want a guide, ask for Anna. She was not too pricey for what she offered in the rides around town and guidance on what to do. The beach across from the townhouse (it is about a ten minute walk since the townhouse is located at the end of the complex..which is a good thing) is beautiful. You can walk to a sushi restaurant and a fun hostel up/down the hill near the townhouse. Boni Bar is also walking distance and is a fun location. For a night in town, you will need to take a cab. I would recommend it. There is plenty to do and to eat. I would also recommend hiking around the lagoon and taking a boat to the restaurants on the other side of the island. It was a great day when we did that. The people of Floripa are extremely nice and this is a perfect island get away. Finally, the cleaning lady was spectacular. She took her job seriously and was fantastic."

  • Perfect

"We stayed for three months at Secret Bay Appartment and had a terrific time in Florianopolis. Denis and Jonas were very welcoming guests and helped us whenever we needed something. He was very flexible and understanding, we had absolutely no problem! The communication was made easy by his perfect English and French! The appartment is located very close to the beach and it is quite easy to access the rest of the island."
