Great Spring Vacations
"Beach front apartment with incredible views of the beach and pool. Perfectly located 15 mins away from downtown Cartagena.
The housekeeper is a great cook. She purchase at the local fishmarket and cook everyday, five star retaurant standard.
Avoid the pool on high seasson. Its really crowded with not enough pool beds."

Beautiful Apartment- Great owner - Great manager - Busy street
"This apartment was beautifully done- photos were accurate. It was also outfitted well- everything you would need in the kitchen. I am always very appreciative when the owners make sure there are some basics in the apartment, so you don't need to stock up on things like sugar and salt and dishwashing soap for just a few days. Very considerate! The owner also gives you complete access to the laundry room, so if you need more sheets or towels, or even to wash your clothes- everything is there. The manager, Henry is great- is on top of all problems and tries his best to get them solved quickly as they arise ( as in loss of power or internet). He even managed to get us a reservation to a restaurant we had been unsuccessful in securing. The owner was great to work with. When we did end up having a few problems (that were completely out of her control) she did her best to try to solve, and then ultimately to make it up to us. My only warning (which I shared with the owner) is that this is a VERY busy street, congested with a relentless ribbon of people. The adorable colonial balcony that is shown in the photos was impossible for us to use to sit out there because the retail stores below (discount stores) blasted their sound systems from 9:00 am-9:00 PM. So- if you really like being in the center of it all, you will love this apartment, but if you prefer your people watching to be a little more serene, you might want to try a different section of town. I will say- it is in the heart of things, but know what you're seeking."

"this property was beautiful on the 25th floor with views all around. Well worth your money. Very big enough for 6 people or more. A couple of negative things that would of made our stay perfect if they would be fixed. The entry to lobby was 2 levels of stairs very steep & with suitcases it was hard to maneuver (not good for someone with handicaps) The apartment was not ready at 3pm they did let us put our suitcases in the apartment & gave us the keys but we were not showed how to use everything, therefore we were not told that the showers had some trick to get hot water and we took cold showers for 2 days till we could find Edgar & he told us how to fix that. The windows in the master bedroom do not close completely, therefore the A/C works double time trying to cool the room, we had both A/C and ceiling fan going at the same time to keep the room cool while we slept (this needs to be fixed before the summer starts or it will be unbearable) other than that it was a fantastic stay well worth the cost. We loved the apartment with it's beautiful views."
