  • Superb Location In Walled City

"Lots of light, cool artwork, excellent large bathroom, 24 hour security, a little tienda just downstairs (and a major grocery chain 2 blocks away), easily walkable to anywhere in the Old City, nice views, huge TV, close to the coolest square in the city (Plaza San Diego) and some of the best restaurants as well make this location a winner. Be aware it is on the third floor and no elevator, but this is a minor quibble. There is also someone onsite at all times to help with anything one may need. If I am fortunate enough to ever return to Cartagena I know where I'll be staying. Oh, and we had a fireworks display out the front window one night!"

  • Simply amazing!!!!

"Beautiful and clean apartment with an amazing view, both front and back! Close distance to the old city, only a $4.00 ride. Security 24 hrs. a day. I will definitely rent again next time I go to Cartagena!"

  • Great place for a family

"This attractive 3 BR condo was perfect for our family of 5 adults. It was clean and comfortable. We appreciated having access to wifi, and the location near the Oviedo mall was very convenient. We loved the grocery store right across the street. Getting taxis (an inexpensive way to get around town) was a breeze because the Sheraton hotel is also right there. The mall had everything we needed: restaurants, banks, and a cambio (to exchange money). I look forward to staying here the next time we visit Medellin. An earlier review noted a problem with the water heater. We had warm water for quick showers as long as we spaced them out morning and evening. (We made sure we turned the water heater off before leaving each day.) Two tips: if you are a light sleeper, consider bringing a sleep mask and/or earplugs. (One BR overlooks the street, which means you can see lights and hear traffic. I'm an early riser, so it wasn't a problem, but others might want to be prepared.) Remember that this is not a hotel, so bring your own soap to use in the sinks/shower. (With the grocery story so close by, you can buy soap or whatever else you forget to pack.) I would enthusiastically recommend this property to others. Monica answered all of our questions and we were very happy with the entire transaction. For planning purposes, it's useful to know that the airport is about a 45-minute ride outside of town. The cost for a taxi was about $38."

  • Perfect place for family and friends

"We just spent a week in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is spacious and very nicely furnished. There were six of us (5 adults and a child) and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The views are amazing and the balcony was a great place to relax at night. The most amazing part was having Mayo there, she took care of all of our needs, she cooked us an amazing breakfast everyday and two amazing dinners. We would recommend this place to anyone."
