"We spent 18 amazIng days at this peaceful beach location in rural Ecuador. If you are looking for beautiful beaches where you can take long walks, collect beautiful shells while having the beach totally to yourself this is the place.
We stayed in the Alta Suite and watched the waves breaking from our balcony. The water was very warm and clean.
Suite is very well equipped and comfortable.
We can not say enough about Bob and Rox who were very great hosts and looked after all our needs. We highly recommend this suite especially if you are looking to get away for peace and tranquility.

"Cecilia was very helpful with booking our stay in Quito. Also Edgar jaramillo, the van driver, was an excellent help. When our flight was delayed 4 hours in Miami he still picked us up at the airport at 1 in the morning. He has a fun personality and though he speaks little English and we speak little spanish we had a great time. He was on time every time we asked him to pick us up & helped find my passport when I lost it in his van. If you plan on going to Otavalo let him take you! We felt very safe with him and he will haggle with the salesmen to get you a good price at the market. We also had him take us to the equator which is well worth the ride! And to old town at night which is beautiful! We recommend having Edgar take you wherever you need to go as driving requires a local talent.
The apartment had everything we needed for our 3 day stay in Quito and had a great view from the terrace. We felt very safe in the apartment and would recommend it to other travelers. WARNING: the flight into Quito should come with an "I Survived" T-shirt. Because of the wind through the valleys it is normal to have BAD turbulence."
