  • Stunning Villa!

"Oh my God! This one-of-a-kind villa takes me back to my childhood days. This villa is absolutely stunning and gorgeous! It's like a little piece of heaven in the middle of nowhere. I can stay at this place forever. My fiance and I will be coming back soon. Can't wait!"

  • Wedding Getaway

"La Casa Grande is very spacious and comfortable. The location is great, a few minutes from Olon and the beaches of Montanita. The private access to the beach is kept clean and we walked no more than three minutes, the beach is beautiful, quiet and clean. We enjoyed our time in Curia, it was wonderful not having to worry about cooking, for a small fee you can enjoy delicious food. The venue of the wedding was five minutes away, so convenient for us. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. My children enjoy the beach, however, if the house had a pool it would be even better. We would definitely consider coming back. Don Julio was of great help, he is very friendly and informative."

  • Second time renting this property!

"If you are looking to rent a home in this area, then look no further. As mentioned, this was our second time renting this home because we loved it so much the first time. We even brought our friends along this time and they loved the home and property too! The updates that I saw from last time really made a huge difference and were beautiful, like the bathrooms and kitchen. Kim is also a wonderful hostess, yes the owners live in the home but it is so large and spacious that there is no intrusion on privacy. The groundskeepers were also very nice and worked hard to keep everything tidy and clean. I would really call this home a boutique hotel since it has so many amenities that other places do not in the area. Please, if you are thinking about renting this home, do not hesitate and contact the owners! The owners also use this rental money to help local children and the building of a new school, so your money will not be wasted :)"

  • Our home away from home in Quito

"First time to Ecuador and our home away from home in Quito was the highlight of our trip in Sept 2014. The owner Ricio was a pleasure to deal with and responded promptly to any concerns or questions we had. What you read in the condo description and see in the photos is what you get plus a whole lot more. The view of the mountains from her condo was spectacular and been a corner unit we could see down to the 2 streets. On arrival a key was waiting for us at the front desk in the lobby and her contact person Neil in Quito showed us around the condo and gave us his contact info if we should need him and he arranged a taxi for our early morning departure. In addition he stocked the kitchen with eggs, bread, butter, orange juice, milk, coffee, fresh oranges and apples for our next morning breakfast. The condo is next door to the Spanish Embassy making it easier for the taxi driver to find. You can walk to the shopping malls with its food court and super max grocery store or take a taxi for $1. It was a trip of a lifetime to this wonderful country and many thanks to Ricio for making it happen. I would recommend this condo to my family and friends and it was a bargain compared to the hotels. The location is perfect and only a few dollars anywhere in town by taxi or 25c by bus. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip."
