"My wife and I stayed in this beautiful condo for two and a half months and I would say we really enjoyed how comfortable and well kept it is. The main features in this property are all the space available as well as all the accessories in the bedrooms and the kitchen to allow us to have a normal like home stay. The central location is ideal to find everything at a walking distance, including grocery stores and restaurants. Quito is a busy city and traffic in the area can be noisy, specially at night or early mornings, but this is something we got used to."Guest: Rene M. "Better than advertised. The views were outstanding. Apartment had everything you needed and more. Always felt safe and secure with the doorman at front controlling access. Good restaurants nearby and a supermarket a short walk away. Taxis are plentiful and very cheap. Enjoyed the cool evenings on the terrace sipping wine and watching the sunset. This is MY choice for a return visit!"Guest: Michael P. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 4, 2014View listing
"This home has everything a family could want plus Bobby is a wonderful host who takes very good care of his guests. This home is perfectly situated away from the confines of the big city, but only a few minutes away from all the amenities such as shopping, para-sailing and zip lining. So close to the beach and the view from the balconies are spectacular. Anyone having doubts about visiting Ecuador should definitely rethink their decision. I cannot think of a more perfect home or place for a family to stay. My family, including the kids want to come back here soon since this has turned out to be one of our best family vacations. We have experienced so much fun here it is hard to leave. Grab your family, rent this house and experience the vacation of a lifetime."Guest: Shawni Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 1, 2014View listing
"First time to Ecuador and our home away from home in Quito was the highlight of our trip in Sept 2014. The owner Ricio was a pleasure to deal with and responded promptly to any concerns or questions we had. What you read in the condo description and see in the photos is what you get plus a whole lot more. The view of the mountains from her condo was spectacular and been a corner unit we could see down to the 2 streets. On arrival a key was waiting for us at the front desk in the lobby and her contact person Neil in Quito showed us around the condo and gave us his contact info if we should need him and he arranged a taxi for our early morning departure. In addition he stocked the kitchen with eggs, bread, butter, orange juice, milk, coffee, fresh oranges and apples for our next morning breakfast. The condo is next door to the Spanish Embassy making it easier for the taxi driver to find. You can walk to the shopping malls with its food court and super max grocery store or take a taxi for $1. It was a trip of a lifetime to this wonderful country and many thanks to Ricio for making it happen. I would recommend this condo to my family and friends and it was a bargain compared to the hotels. The location is perfect and only a few dollars anywhere in town by taxi or 25c by bus. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip."Guest: Rickie T.
