"Family of 4 stayed for nearly a month and it was FABULOUS! We really appreciated the proximity to Old Town and being able to walk to most of the sites we wanted to see. There were lots of police in Old Town so we always felt safe. It is a trek to the airport but we used this place as a base for exploring all over Ecuador. We felt safe leaving the things we didn't need for days at a time and Francisco and Evette were great hosts - helping us arrange transport and answering all of our questions! The home is well equipped and we enjoyed being able to do laundry and cook for ourselves while exploring Ecuador!"Guest: Fuller Familago Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 19, 2014View listing
"We enjoyed staying at the Primavera II condo for the months of Feb. and March. We had stayed at another condo there in the past so knew what to expect. We have visited Cotacachi a number of time and the condo is in a great location with easy access to shops, restaurants, banks. The condo is very well decorated with local artisan decor, quite large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath, the kitchen was well stock with utensils, etc. Also the washer/drier were great. Only negative, generally for the whole complex, is no patio or a place to sit outside in the lovely gardens. There was only a cement bench which is not too inviting for relaxation."Guest: Shirley W. "This was a terrific apartment for my family on our Ecuadorian adventure. We used the penthouse as our base of operations for Northern Ecuador, doing daytrips and an overnight. There were 6 of us, My Parents (81), My Wife and I, and our two teenagers (18 & 13). The apartment is modern clean and well appointed, as well as conveniently located. There is a nice restaraunt across the street, and taxis are only $3.00. We enjoyed our tour of the Old Town, and our many meals out. The apartment was as advertised. Thanks Sergio!"Guest: Michael V. "I really enjoying staying in this apartment. It is very well equipped, spacious, nicely distributed and located just in centre-north of Quito, so it is very convenient to move around the city. Many restaurants, banks, pharmacies, cinemas, shopping malls, etc are just at walking distance so again this is a great advantage. The owner of the apartment is a very helpful and polite lady that assisted me through the booking of the apartment at short notice. The manager of the flat also was very helpful. I would only recommend it for the flat to get some few improvements such as get more modern washing machine and drier as the existing ones are a bit noisy, also an electricity re-check would be handy as I had a couple of small electricity breakdown during my stay which I believe were due to the difference on voltage of some electronics (laptops) I was using."Guest: Esthela Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: May 8, 2014View listing
