"Perfectly situated, comfortable home right in the center of Paradise. This house is well-named - the setting is so tranquil and beautiful. We had an amazing vacation! We paddled along the canal to the lagoon daily. So grateful for the easy access and the trusty kayak! Just a short paddle away from outstanding coral reefs, sandy beaches, colorful fishes, stingrays, eagle rays, black tip reef sharks . . . Also close by are the Intercontinental and Les Tipaniers. They offer additional amenities should you choose to partake. I really enjoyed kayaking between the bungalows at the Intercontinental. The water was so clear and calm. A great place for swimming and snorkeling if the water is choppy out in the more open areas. Across the lagoon are a few motus (islets) that are fun to visit and offer excellent snorkeling. The Coco Beach restaurant on Motu Tiaharu offers fresh seafood dishes with traditional Tahitian sides. Within close walking distance is a well-stocked market so we were able to cook most days. They offer fresh seafood on Tuesdays and Fridays; fresh baked goods (including baguette) daily. Another shopping area is a few kilometers away. We were able to get everything we needed. We did not have a car, just rented a scooter one day, and did just fine. You can also rent bicycles nearby. I could go on and on but don't think I will ever do Moorea and the House of Peace justice. This truly is paradise. Enjoy!"

"This is an exceptional rental with stunning views. We have rented many homes and this far exceeded the pictures. It has gorgeous views of the water. It's quiet with a huge terrace. Inside the decor and the design and the size of the rooms are excellent. there's lots of space and closets. The 2 bathrooms are large and everything is modern, up-to-date and very clean. The owner supplies everything you need for a comfortable stay (washer, dryer and dishwasher). Although the villa is up high, it's very close to beaches and restaurants. If you don't have a car, many of the restaurants will pick you up and drive you home. The owner is very helpful and offered many good tips. We wish we could have stayed longer."

"Our 10-day stay was better than imaged. We were picked up at the ferry, taken to local supermarket and then on the Motu Tamae, speaking English and given local information by the beautiful Joscelyn all the way. Entering the property was breathtaking. It is truly Polynesia.. A bountiful platter of fruit on the table, the sounds of the sea outside, and the shade of the coconut palms, the eye-catching art all around had us smiling with the knowledge we had chosen the right place. Other reviewers have stated many of the features I would highlight. No need for me. Even if everything wasn't as great has written, Joscelyn and Alain are. They are the reason you should come."

"Fare Ylang Ylang was an ideal spot to spend our family vacation. It is located on the best section of Punaauia's white sand beach. We enjoyed the super quick walk (1 minute) down to the beach every morning and sunset. The lagoon out front was perfect for my 21 month old son and young niece who is learning how to swim. The main fare and bungalow were a highlight--very neat architecture throughout.
Our family enjoyed having morning coffee and eating our meals out on the deck...the gardens are beautiful and we loved the sweet scent of the Ylang Ylang blooms.
The amenities (cookware, towels, sheets) were suitable for our stay. I was impressed with the little special touches such as coffee, fruit and jam.
What made our stay extra special was our hostess Tea. She was very helpful (even pre-arrival) and generous. She was available if we had any questions and ensured we were comfortable everyday. If we did have a concern with the house (propane for shower, etc.), she addressed it quickly and efficiently. Mahalo nui loa Tea.
We all hope to return to this special piece of Tahitian paradise. 'A hui hou (until we meet again)."
