  • Awesome place!

"My husband and I stayed in the Tarzan hut November 8-15. It was fantastic, we loved the openness of it and being able to sleep with the windows and doors open all night! Our weather was beautiful all week so we never had to close the hut up. The hut is two separate huts one in front for sleeping and computer and a smaller one right behind with the kitchen area and the bath. It sits on the owners property in a gated area so it is completely safe and private. Steps away from the beach thru a gate, kayaks and bikes to use. The hut has everything you need, property was clean and well kept. It is close enough to Papeete and renting a car is recommended and Laurence offers a great deal for a car to rent from her. The owners Laurence and Nicolas are wonderful people, we enjoyed visiting with them and having lots of laughs together. They are a lovely family, including their three friendly pooches! We enjoyed everything about this place and would recommend this unique {one and only} rental to anyone wishing to relax on this beautiful island of Tahiti. It was an experience of a life time! THANK YOU SO MUCH LAURENCE AND NICOLAS!"

  • Best Location on the island!

"Staying here was far better than any resort experience could have been and it was only a fraction of the cost of the Sofitel, just a short walk down the beach from here. The location was great - an easy bike ride into Maharepa and Tamara helped us arrange pick-up service for a rental car, dinner and back to the ferry. She was a gracious, friendly and helpful hostess. The beach bungalow was perfect with amazing views and everything we needed to cook simple meals. The guest lounging areas are so beautiful and comfortable and a walk out of the front gate puts you directly into the water. We enjoyed using the provided snorkeling gear and kayaks everyday. We could not have imagined anything more perfect than the accommodations here and the helpfulness of the owner."

  • Perfect little bungalow!

"We had a wonderful time! Starting with excellent communication from Denis, the property owner, even through a payment problem (through no fault of his). We arrived to find the Villa in immaculate condition, even better than the pictures! The on site property manager Alix was amazing, acting as a concierge as well! Having our own kitchen and laundry was a great way to save money while still getting to experience paradise. Any complaints we had could be said for any property in Tahiti: neighborhood dogs barking, roosters calling the sunrise too early, and bugs biting everywhere; welcome to paradise!! Thank you again Denis and Alix for an amazing honeymoon we'll never forget!"

  • Wonderful Tahitian Home & location on the lagoon

"A group of 6 of us just stayed in the Tahiti Beach House and we can't say enough about how wonderful it is. The lagoon just off the lawn is wonderful with lots of coral and fish. You can walk out pretty far without needing to worry about getting too deep. The kayak and outrigger canoe was wonderful to use and the large table and deck got a lot of use. We were on United States time so we ended up in bed early but got up before the sun and got to watch the sunrise and sunset everyday. The house has 3 bedrooms that are very adequate and 2 large bathrooms. One bedroom has air conditioning but the others got a good breeze if you left the windows and doors open. Each bed has netting to keep the bugs away. The house is open air and large enough for a group. The wooden walkway from the gate to the house is beautiful and having the washing machine was handy. We can't see enough about the home or the owner. In fact the owners brother helped us since she was away and he even took one of our group to the hospital for an xray and waited to bring them back. Unfort --she broke her arm in a fall but we can't thank Frederic enough for all of his help and care. We highly recommend this house"
