"If you want a quiet well kept up condo complex to relax at the Moorings is for you. Located right on the bay the Moorings overlooks Perdido Pass and Sportsman's Marina. The have a zero entry pool and hot tub. The pool deck is great. The association is very active here keeping everything top notch in the complex. They have a fixed dock that is first come first served, more like a sea wall, bring bumpers for your boat. Never had a problem parking there overnight. Just a minor thing for this unit, the grill on the deck needs to be upgraded!! Not enough BTU's to grill with, more like an oven than a grill. The condo itself is light and airy and clean. CRG is a great outfit to work with and the manager does a great job!"

"We traveled to Gulf Shores with 2 adults and 3 children. Our stay at Seawind 1508 was very nice. The condo was sufficient for us and it was equipped with everything we needed. The view of the beach was spectacular and we took advantage of walking to Sea and Suds frequently. I wish they would have more than two elevators and the parking spaces in the garage were too close together so we parked outside in the lot. I would stay here again."

"The good: awesome view of the gulf from the apartment, everything in the place was clean and worked (e.g., plenty of clean sheets, towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc), fast elevators, lots of parking. The beach was great for 4 out of 5 nights we were there. They even supplied a pvc tube for surf fishermen!
The only bad note, and not attributable to the apartment itself: On the fifth day a tribe of people descended on the beach and blasted loud music all day. They were also smoking and drinking heavily. But this was a minor annoyance. I also wish the pool was a little deeper than 4'. But the place was overall immaculate and reminded me of a tropical resort. One morning the hot tub heater broke and it was fixed by the late afternoon, so kudos. I wouldn't recommend this place to people who don't want to drive, as it is about 15-20 minutes away from grocery stores. On the other hand, there is a good quality of people generally there. Lots of families with kids."
