  • Oh my gosh! so much more than I could have ever imagined!

"We came to Orange beach for well overdue wedding. Our blended family of 15, 14, 12 and 10 year old was finally going to happen! We searched vrbo for the best fit for our family and came across the Eagles Nest. It was FABULOUS!!!!!!. Everyone had their own space. the house was absolutely beautiful! Like I said it helped to make a very very perfect weekend. Everything was well maintained. All appliances worked beautifully. Our only hiccup was the wifi. It was a bit tempermental but such a minute part of the experience. We so hope to return. OH, the beach and pool were great also!"

  • Family Friendly-Go to Gulf Shores Visitors Center

"Grounds and beach access exactly as pictured. Well maintained, pool area cleaned every morning, easy access to the beach and showers provided on the deck and pool area. Very family friendly, everyone looked out for others and joined in the games and fun. Accommodations were as pictured. I appreciated the kitchen being open to the living area as I know some units are not. Kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking equipment you might need and bathrooms had plenty of towels. Location of Gulfsides is great for dining, shopping and access to many other activities. Lots to do. Also 1 hour from Pensacola, Blue Wahoo Baseball, Naval Museum and Joe Patti's. Go by the visitors center on 59 and pick up info and discounts. I recommend King Neptunes on 59 for lunch or dinner. Good food and service. Only negatives were not much room for groceries and no secure storage in parking area for personal belongings."

  • Great Beach house

"Amazing house. Grill, comfy beds, and a short 4 block walk to the beach and restaurants. What more could you ask for? Please note that the check in time is a hard 4 o'clock, as the electronic lock is set to go off then (Don't arrive too early). Also, had initial issues with the thermostat not displaying properly, but it turned on an hour or so later."

  • Relaxing weekend during a storm

"We stayed in this unit for labor day weekend 2011 and had an amazing time despite a tropical storm. This condo was set up perfectly for my wife and I and my mother in law with the 2 king beds and full baths. It was very spacious and comfortable. We lounged around and watched as the rain bands came in off the gulf. Despite the weather this ended up being the most relaxing stay we have had at the beach. We will be booking this unit again."
