  • Delightful in every respect

"Along with my niece and her mother, I enjoyed two wonderful days at the Chic and Cute Cottage over the past Christmas season. Immediately I wished I had booked our entire stay in Fairhope at this delightful accommodation. The owners have created a unique blend of old world charm and modern conveniences to offer a rental experience that is unparalleled in my opinion. Karen was exceptionally attentive to our every need and ensured that our stay at their cottage exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we entered the front door, the cottage seemed to wrap its arms around us, inviting us to relax in warmth and comfort. Located on a beautiful lot in an ideal location, this unique rental provided us with every amenity we required and even more than we anticipated. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend the Cute and Chic cottage to any traveller fortunate enough to discover this gem tucked away in a beautiful district within the lovely community of Fairhope, Alabama."

  • State Am Fun!!

"We just came back from our visit at Peppermint Cove and we were beyond pleased with our stay!! If you and your family are looking for a very quite, serene and clean house that is footsteps away from the bay, this is where you want to stay! We had a houseful of golfers and it was so very convenient to Lakewood. If we could give our stay 100 stars, believe me we would! The Schroder's and Berkmeier's!"

  • Perfect for families with dogs!

"We really enjoyed our time at the Sunrise Cottage. It is a bit rustic but very charming!Every morning my husband and I walked out to the pier to enjoy the sunrises, they are definitely worth waking up for! We have an 11 year old son who loved fishing, crabbing and jumping off the rope swing. He also brought a cast net and enjoyed using it there. We brought our two dogs, one a Chiweenie and the other a Boston Terrier. There was plenty of property for the dogs to explore, we never even walked them the whole time we were there because of all the space they had to roam. We saw dolphins two different times while we were there. We also caught crabs and had our very first crab boil. This property is located in an awesome area, it is far enough away to be private but definitely close enough to go to Gulf Shores for the day or to Foley for shopping at the outlets! We contacted the owner a couple of times before and during our stay, she was always very friendly and helpful."

  • Connie and Charley

"The cottage is well equipped, well maintained and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the privilege of using the pier. Watching the birds and sunsets across the bay was a treat! This is our fourth stay here and each time is as enjoyable as the last. Thanks Deborah and Frank."
