  • Slice of Paradise for a multi-family vacation

"A baseball tournament for our 14 year old son brought us and several other families to Gulf Shores. We had very specific needs to ensure privacy for the four families and this house was PERFECT. This house offers two things that are hard to find in the area, four master KING bedrooms all with private baths and a Sunday to Sunday rental. Two of the masters are in the front of the house on the first floor, and the other two are upstairs with wonderful views of the gulf and a shared balcony. The five fourteen year old boys shared an upstairs bunk room with six beds and a private bath. The three teen girls shared another upstairs bedroom with four beds and another private bath. A seventh half bath is conveniently located off the kitchen on the first floor. The great room and kitchen are very spacious and comfortable with a wall of windows offering a magnificent gulf view. We cooked at the house nearly every night and had everything we needed. The laundry is just off the kitchen and the extra fridge was a great perk. The back deck is wide with several adirondack chairs, that lovely view, and a breeze every evening. The beach was simply gorgeous with lots of white sand, and even though we were there the week of the 4th, it was never crowded. We spent countless hours relaxing in our beach chairs, with our feet in the water. There are several sand bars just off the shore that make it ideal for even younger kids to safely navigate the waves. This house is off the beaten track, and we were a bit concerned about the location as our baseball games were all in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. However, the road is in great condition, and you can cruise 55 mph without encountering any traffic until you actually arrive in town. If you are looking for some seclusion away from the craziness of downtown, this is the place! There is a convenience store just down the road from the house, "Sassy Bass" that we frequented for ice, drinks, assorted sundries, and even beach toys and hats. The only things that prevented an "excellent" rating were a few conveniences that the house didn't offer. We had to lug four beach chairs from Illinois, as well as all towels. I would pay a bit more for these conveniences to be included. Considering the size of the house, a large gas grill would be ideal (it has an old charcoal one). Glenn, the owner, was wonderfully accommodating and answered my many questions quickly. You won't be disappointed by the Court House and we'd love to come back!"

  • ABSOLUTELY STUNNING BEACH HOUSE-MUST SEE!!

"We came with kids (2 adults & 3 children) and found the house better than expected from the photos online. Layout is great, we used the master located on one side of the house, and the kiddos stayed in the other 2. Talk about room, this place has got it. Wish we lived here! Kitchen was EXTREMELY well-equipped, it has an electric stove, cabinets and drawers are stocked with everything you could possibly need from silverware to cups, plates, pots and pans, it has it all! Bathrooms were both well stocked with towels and hand-soap, and the showers were all immaculately clean. This place was cleaner than most 4-star hotels. Beach area was located not far from the house, its a short 2-3 minute walk. Neighbors all seemed friendly and quiet, which is what we were looking for. Bottom line, this place was well worth every penny. Would do it again in a heartbeat!"

  • Great house with everything you need!!!

"My family and I just stayed here in July 2014. It was amazing. We had 23 people staying in the house and it had plenty of room. The only thing I can think that was lacking was a game room or somewhere for the kids to congregate. The kitchen is fully stocked, we prepared most of our breakfast and dinners in the house and had everything we needed. The plunge pool was perfect after a hot day at the beach! The community pool was never super crowded, in fact, we had the entire pool to ourselves many times. The beach is super clean and very close. My son did get stung by a jellyfish, very minor sting though. And a man caught a giant shark on the beach the week we were there. I loved this beach home and our vacation! We barely even left the community!!! We came from Texas and traffic was HORRIBLE arriving (Saturday afternoon). Took us 3 hours to get from Foley in to Fort Morgan, ridiculous!! But, leaving Saturday morning around 8am we got out just fine. We didn't take the ferry because it had insanely long waits. I would highly recommend this house. It was great, quiet and has everything you will need!!"
