  • Great room, great view

"The room was well furnished and well stocked with all necessities in the kitchen. The view of the gulf was amazing, and the beds were very comfortable. The master BR was very roomy with a great view. Covered parking was very nice though most of the two-spot sections were only big enough for one SUV or truck to park. The beach in front of the hotel was clean, the chair service on the beach was reasonably priced, and the pools were great for the kids (especially if you have small ones). The only drawback was that space was a bit tight for our family of five with two teenagers, though we didn't spend too much time in the room anyway."

  • A little slice of heaven....away from the snow in Michigan

"My husband and I spent 2 1/2 weeks in March 2014 in this unit. It was spacious, clean, had all the extras you would need. The location directly on the ocean was wonderful! You could sit on the balcony and enjoy the beach, waves, and dolphins. The master bedroom is off the balcony so those waves can lull you to sleep. The location to town, restaurants, and fun is just a short drive away. Close enough for convenience but far enough away to be in a quiet area. The Surf and Suds restaurant is just a few steps from the condo, and has good, inexpensive food and drinks. We had a fabulous stay and look forward to returning. The owner was great to work with, available for any questions or problems."

  • Enjoyed our stay!

"We had 7 adults and 6 kids ranging from 2 to 13. I was worried about us feeling like we were too crowded, but that wasn't the case. There was plenty of space for all of us. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with everything, but a skillet. We had to pick up a griddle from Walmart to cook breakfast on. There are a couple of things that need attention. The elevator would stick on the third floor. The front bathroom tub drained super slow. By the time a shower was done, the water would almost be to the top of my foot. The back bathroom had two good size holes in the ceiling above the tub. You could see the pipes from the condo above and it scared the little ones. The parking lot is small. We rented a 15 passenger van and pulled a trailer. It was very hard to get that through the parking lot and we had to leave the van and trailer several blocks away at the rental agency, because it wouldn't fit in the lot. Even with the above said, I would stay in this condo again."

  • Great Place to Stay!

"We love this place! This was our third Labor Day week trip down there. We swam, sailed, and just had a lot of fun! The condo is spacious and right on the beach: it has two pools (indoor and out), a hot tub, and a small work-out room. It's close to many good restaurants, too (for example: LuLu's, Acme, the Oyster House, etc., etc.). Also, we there have been dolphins just off the beach the last three years, which is pretty cool. We will definitely go back down there soon."
