  • Very enjoyable stay

"Stayed at this unit the last week in July with 5 adults and 4 kids and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great location, loved walking to Sea and Suds to eat. Loved the vacant lot next door which made for a wonderful view. Went ahead and booked for next year. Only downside .... Kitchen could have been better equipped. The skillets were in pretty bad shape, and the silverware was very flimsy, unusual for a condo of this quality; there was one wine glass in the whole place; two of the toilets tended to run and the flapper in both had to consistently be adjusted. I know this is not the fault of the owner as they may be unaware of it, so perhaps the cleaning crew might be more diligent in noticing things like this. Looking forward to next year."

  • FAMILY VACATION

"My family just retuned from a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very nice and an excellent deal for the price. The atmosphere at the complex was great. Underneathe the building was lounge chairs and porch swings that you could sit on and just enjoy looking out at the beach. There was also an area to barbeque that had picnic tables. The condo itself was also nice with a great view from the balcony. It's one of the older complexes, so it's not fancy, but it's really nice. The only complaint my family had was the tv only had basic channels but we were too busy enjoying the beach to watch too much tv anyway. We will stay here again for sure!!"

  • Excellent Stay and Awesome Condo!

"When my girlfriend and I decided to go to the beach for her birthday last month, we got on to vrbo and searched for condos over about week or two, and the Lighthouse quickly became our ideal place to go. We saw plenty of options that were all beautiful in their own way, but this one jumped out at us. After looking through the pictures, we were sold! However, I must say that the pictures don't truly do the condo justice, because it was even better in person! Everything was clean, well put together, and extremely comfortable, and you just can't beat that view from the balcony. It felt like a real home away from home and when it came time to check out, we really didn't want to leave! Overall, the condo and experience we had were worth every penny and we definitely want to return next summer! Another thing we were completely happy with (that often gets overlooked by those renting a condo) was just how accommodating, friendly, and excellent the owner, Janet, was with us. When we showed up, there were a few very minor things that I felt Janet should know such as a sliding door being off its hinges and a faulty garbage disposal that wouldn't let the sink drain. I sent one quick email to her, got a very quick response, and within 2 hours her repair man was in the condo fixing everything all up. In conclusion, I am having trouble recalling a better beach vacation experience that I've ever had, and I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a similar experience!"

  • Enjoyed our stay!

"We had 7 adults and 6 kids ranging from 2 to 13. I was worried about us feeling like we were too crowded, but that wasn't the case. There was plenty of space for all of us. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with everything, but a skillet. We had to pick up a griddle from Walmart to cook breakfast on. There are a couple of things that need attention. The elevator would stick on the third floor. The front bathroom tub drained super slow. By the time a shower was done, the water would almost be to the top of my foot. The back bathroom had two good size holes in the ceiling above the tub. You could see the pipes from the condo above and it scared the little ones. The parking lot is small. We rented a 15 passenger van and pulled a trailer. It was very hard to get that through the parking lot and we had to leave the van and trailer several blocks away at the rental agency, because it wouldn't fit in the lot. Even with the above said, I would stay in this condo again."
