"We had an awesome time on our vacation. The condo was decorated so cute. The beds were very comfortable also. Love the corner unit. Being next to the State Park was an added bonus. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had the perfect weather while we were there and plan on booking this one again soon."

"This very clean and beautiful condo looks exactly like it is pictured. The balcony is huge and the view is excellent in all directions. We were able to watch the sunrise and sunset from there. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. There are two large bathrooms. Because it is the last building next to the state park, the beach is not that crowded here. We used the beach service and our chairs and umbrella were waiting for us each day. Parking is good and everyone we met was very nice. The building and grounds are well kept and our stay was perfect. I intend to stay in this particular condo again in the future."

"Thank you for allowing my family and I to have the best vacation ever! The condo in itself is praise worthy, with its beautiful view and comfy beds! We loved not having other condos directly beside us, It made for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The pool was excellent, the restaurants near by was tasty and we never ran out of fun inexpensive things to do. Unfortunately, we had to come back home to the Snow but we will be back down to this condo next summer!!!!"

"A very comfortable place to spend two winter months. The view of the Gulf, the sunrises and sunsets from the extra wide balcony were awesome. If you stay at Royal Palms in the winter, bring a cover-up for your bathing suit. The short walk from the elevator to the indoor heated pool and hot tub can be cold, especially when you are wet. The keyless entry is handy; no fumbling for keys. Well supplied with cooking utensils, but who wants to cook with so many great restaurants. Kitty's Café for Sunday brunch is a hidden gem."
