"My husband and I rented this condo to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was very clean and spacious. The location is great and you can walk to many restaurants. When we weren't on the beach, we spent a lot of time on the huge balcony. The view is amazing! While we didn't utilize it, the bunk room seemed perfect for a couple with small children. The owner, Rick, was very accommodating and easy to communicate with."

"This was our first time in Gulf Shores and it was excellent! The condo worked out great for our family of four and the location on the beach is awesome. We went from the beach to the pool back to the beach the entire stay. I recommend this condo, it is well maintained by the owner."

"Accommodations were more than we had even expected. Kitchen was well stocked with all appliances, dishes, silverwear, etc and was large and roomy. Kitchen is open to living room which we loved. One wall in living room is all windows that overlook the ocean! And, being on the top floor, the vantage point is excellent for dolphin sightings. It was quiet at night. Sitting on the balcony we could see all the flashlights of little and big kids looking for crabs. We used the resorts grill one night. The pool was large although we only used it once since we prefer the beach. We used the condo owners beach chairs that are offered and was so glad we did not rent the $90 per week chairs set up on beach since the chairs are too far back from the water line. The master bed was so comfortable. Our experience is that most mattresses are hard and way past the point of needing replacement so we were thrilled when we got into bed and realized we had great mattresses. Those staying in the second bedroom also commented on how well their bed slept. My husband used the fancy whirlpool tub in the master bathroom once and enjoyed it. We enjoyed the dual sinks in the master bath and the walk in closet was huge. We love the fact that Orange Beach is pretty family oriented, lots of good restaurants and activities for all ages. We look forward to coming back again."

"My wife & kids (ages 3 & 1) stayed here in September and loved it. The unit & the entire complex is as described and just as it appears in the YouTube videos. The view from the 20th floor is fantastic since you're well above the condos across the street. The 3-minute walk to the large pool/beach area is not bad at all. Our kids actually enjoyed watching cars go underneath us as we walked across the air-conditioned walkway. The large pool area is great, especially for kids. Pool is very large & has a lazy river with a bunch of fountains (another hit w/ our kids). Also a huge hot tub & plenty of lounge chairs (both by the pool and on a separate sundeck above the pool). Some areas could use a minor facelift (e.g., a few missing/cracked tiles in the pool area) but nothing that will interfere with your enjoyment. If you don't want to walk to the large pool, there's also a smaller outdoor pool & hot tub at the base of the condo. Adjacent to this outdoor pool is a heated indoor pool, which came in handy one morning when we had rain.
There are plenty of elevators, and we never had to wait long for one. Unpacking is a breeze, too, as there are lots of luggage/shopping carts near the elevators. Walking from the elevator to the unit, you get a beautiful view of Little Lagoon as you look out to the north. The balcony views of the beach & ocean to the south (and sunsets to the west, of course) are even more spectacular. The unit itself is very nice. Kitchen & laundry room are well-stocked, and there are some games & books in the family room. We loved the balcony and spent a lot of time out there (eating lunch, watching the sunset, listening to the waves & looking at the stars at night).
Gulf Shores is a great town with plenty to do & lots of dining options nearby. Some that we went to have decent food but are a bit touristy such as Original Oyster House & The Hangout (although this place seems like it would be a lot of fun during peak season). By far, our favorite meal, though, was Bahama Bob's. Close by, nice location right along the beach, and great food. The steamed Royal Reds shrimp were amazing and the burger & fries were excellent as well. Even simple things like my son's grilled cheese was one of the best I've ever tasted. Even if you have a wait, it's well worth it.
Lastly, both the owners & the management company (Young's Suncoast) were great to work with. Would definitely consider coming back & would highly recommend to others."
