"My family of 5 had a great time here! This property looks just like the pictures listed. It had plenty of room for my kids to play and have their own space. My husband and kids loved fishing off the dock. My youngest son loved the ping pong table and board games. We grilled most nights instead of eating out, but there are plenty of places to go. This location is out away from the noise of others but close enough to get out and do planned activities, which we loved! The beach was just a short drive. Nice and clean...very impressed! We will be back!!"

"We arrived at the perfect time (per locals) as it was extra quiet because school was back in session. The weather was excellent! Still nice and warm but always a breeze. Stunning white sandy beaches with only small waves. It was exactly what we needed all of the way around. The condo is very clean and cozy. Fully stocked kitchen. We were able and comfortable enough to cook many of our meals at the condo. There were four of us (my husband and myself, my mom and dad) and the setup of the condo was perfect! One bedroom with a bathroom for us and separately another bedroom with a full bathroom they had to themselves. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we enjoyed it everyday. The large pool was very clean and my dad really enjoyed the jets. Go to Lambert's Cafe for great country cooking with huge servings. Fish River Grill is close by and has great seafood (we liked it for lunch - must try the swamp stew) and we loved the food at Wolf Bay Lodge (great seafood). The Hangout is cool on gameday and has good (big) burgers. Must go to Fort Morgan and see the whole place. The pier is awesome! You can fish for cheap or watch others fish. We saw sharks, all kinds of fish and jelly fish. The water is much more clear than what we are used to at other beaches. Tanger outlet is the place to go to shop. Go to the Florida Alabama line and stop at the Flora-Bama to have an adult beverage, just because.
The condo owner is one of the best people we know. We all four would love to come back. It is a true gem. An excellent get away."

"We booked this condo for a last minute trip. The condo was perfect for our family. It was a great size, had everything we needed and was clean. The owner was very prompt in answering questions we had. We traveled with our 2 youngest boys, and they loved the bunk beds. There is plenty to do in the area. We also took a short 30 min drive to Pensacola and visited the Naval Air Museum. The only drawback to the condo in our opinion, is the heavily traveled street in front of the condo. It is way too busy to walk across to the beach, especially with children. We would recommend this condo."

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
My complaint is with house keeping. The sheets had sand in them, the floors had sand on them, light bulb was out in the entry way, disposable razor behind the toilet in the master bath, sink in guest bath and tub in master bath were very slow to drain. I put two bottles of Drain-O in the sink and tub because standing water is gross. There was also water inside the bins of the refrigerator, and the smell inside the condo when we arrived made me think the house keepers had left garbage inside the condo for a while. There were guests who played music loudly at the pavilion until 11:00 one night, and there was yelling and cursing. This is my second year to rent this condo, and the coffee table leg that was broken last year had not been fixed. I will recommend this property to friends, but with reservations. Everything mentioned in my complaint can be rectified. A sales person knocked on my door one afternoon with a couple interested in buying the condo. I did not mind allowing them access to the condo, but I was stunned to hear from the sales person that the front desk said the condo was empty. I'm not sure I want to rent this same condo next year; I'm looking at other properties for comparison."
