"We had a great relaxing time in this cute cottage. The bedrooms are small but cumfy. The bathroom and kitchen are tiny but it didn't keep us from feeling right at home. Bring all your paper goods and detergents. We do suggest to the owner to put in a larger TV for better viewing. Everything was clean and spotless. The screened in porch was fabulous! We loved sitting out there in the early mornings with coffee just relaxing and watching the sunrise. My husband loved fishing off the dock catching small catfish. He even caught crab in the crab trap! Good eats! The view of the sunsets off the dock were breathtaking. The beach is about 1/2 mi away but we couldn't find parking on the little streets so we suggest you find out the exact street names from the rental company before you waste time searching up and down the streets. The cottage is on a quiet street and very peaceful. We were able to relax and go home refreshed. We recommend this property to everyone. The rental company was very helpful."

"A baseball tournament for our 14 year old son brought us and several other families to Gulf Shores. We had very specific needs to ensure privacy for the four families and this house was PERFECT. This house offers two things that are hard to find in the area, four master KING bedrooms all with private baths and a Sunday to Sunday rental. Two of the masters are in the front of the house on the first floor, and the other two are upstairs with wonderful views of the gulf and a shared balcony. The five fourteen year old boys shared an upstairs bunk room with six beds and a private bath. The three teen girls shared another upstairs bedroom with four beds and another private bath. A seventh half bath is conveniently located off the kitchen on the first floor.
The great room and kitchen are very spacious and comfortable with a wall of windows offering a magnificent gulf view. We cooked at the house nearly every night and had everything we needed. The laundry is just off the kitchen and the extra fridge was a great perk. The back deck is wide with several adirondack chairs, that lovely view, and a breeze every evening. The beach was simply gorgeous with lots of white sand, and even though we were there the week of the 4th, it was never crowded. We spent countless hours relaxing in our beach chairs, with our feet in the water. There are several sand bars just off the shore that make it ideal for even younger kids to safely navigate the waves.
This house is off the beaten track, and we were a bit concerned about the location as our baseball games were all in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. However, the road is in great condition, and you can cruise 55 mph without encountering any traffic until you actually arrive in town. If you are looking for some seclusion away from the craziness of downtown, this is the place! There is a convenience store just down the road from the house, "Sassy Bass" that we frequented for ice, drinks, assorted sundries, and even beach toys and hats.
The only things that prevented an "excellent" rating were a few conveniences that the house didn't offer. We had to lug four beach chairs from Illinois, as well as all towels. I would pay a bit more for these conveniences to be included. Considering the size of the house, a large gas grill would be ideal (it has an old charcoal one). Glenn, the owner, was wonderfully accommodating and answered my many questions quickly. You won't be disappointed by the Court House and we'd love to come back!"

"The owners met us there on the first day to show us around and let us know all of the rules. We were able to get into the place fairly early on the day we arrived which was really nice. The location is great. We walked to the Hangout a couple of nights while we were down there. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a 10 minute driving distance. The condo is phenomenal. It was extremely clean, had amazing views and everything that we needed. There are amazing views of both the ocean and the lagoon from every single balcony and window in the condo. Covered and uncovered parking were available. We fit 12 people comfortably in the place with everyone sleeping in beds. There were plenty of bathrooms and showers for the 12 of us, and they worked great. The security of the condominium makes you feel very safe. We were not disturbed by any of the other tenants or visitors. For that reason, I think people of all ages would be happy staying in this condominium complex. We saw dolphins on multiple days while we were on the beach right in front of the condo. The beach was easily accessible. There was actually a door in the condo that opened to the exterior where we could put trash down a chute. This may not seem like a big deal, but it is actually extremely convenient. The workout facility was very convenient. The indoor and outdoor pools along with the hot tub were very nice also. To be honest, I have nothing bad to say about the condo or the renters."

"We just returned from another wonderful Spring Break in Orange Beach! This is our second time renting this condo and we were pleasantly surprised to see that the carpeting had been replaced with new tile. Three adults and four children shared this condo and we all had plenty of room. Cayce is wonderful to work with and responds to emails in a timely manner. We will definitely be back next year!!!"
