  • Great place, great location!

"Loved this place... There were eight adults and six children. Great location and amenities. Beautiful, well kept place. Great place to kayak and fish. The only suggestion I have is to let people know in advance that there are not enough things, such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, hand soap, etc. for the number of people the house holds, so to be sure and bring those things. It would have been no problem to bring those things, we just thought they were available in an adequate quantity. In our room, a King, we had three bath towels for two people for seven days. Of course we did laundry several times a day to alleviate that problem (bring detergent). We also had problems finding adequate kitchen supplies to cook and serve fourteen people. We did have a few issues like the code not working on the door, dryer taking hours to dry towels and the dishwasher not cleaning the dishes, so we hand washed. Overall it worked out after a few runs to pick up items we thought would be there and improvising in the kitchen. Will we use this property again? Probably not, considering the price and the issues..."

  • Overall Great Family Condo

"This condo and the property were exactly as described and portrayed in the photos. And the condo and the property were clean. Parking was plentiful and many carts available to carry your luggage/groceries. Elevators were fast as well. The 1/2 bedroom/bunk room is exactly that - a small room with just bunk beds and lots of storage under the bottom bunk; A great kid room and use of space. The owner was quick to answer our questions before our trip and we did not have any problems while we were there. The pros - great dining seating that accommodates everyone, large size bedrooms, a great master bathroom, plenty of decent bath towels, well stocked kitchen with good appliances, lots of storage in closets, pantry and laundry room, great balcony with room for everyone, and good COLD A/C. The cons were minimal but worth a mention - the hand towels and wash cloths were paper thin and very small, several light bulbs were out, the lamp shade was missing from a bedroom lamp, the carpet was extremely worn and dirty, and the biggest issue was we were utilizing the pull out sofa and the window shade is missing from the entire glass door on the balcony, which made it very hard for those sleeping there to sleep past sunrise and even in the middle of the night with the bright glow from the pool/façade of the building. We would stay here again and the owner Tim was very easy to work with; just a few minor details being addressed would make your stay even more comfortable! On a side note, this was our first trip to Gulf Shores after looking for something less crowded than Destin - and we absolutely LOVED this town - lots to do and good restaurants... Just do your homework on Yelp or Trip Advisor and you will be fine!"

  • Beautiful Condo

"We just arrived home after a week in Gulf Shores. This was our first visit to the area and we could have not been more pleased. The condo was perfect for our family. The view is beautiful, the updates in the condo were wonderful...we were planning our next vacation while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee!! Definitely going back to Gulf Shores & definitely requesting unit 909. Ida was very nice and helpful. The elevators were a bit slow in the building, but we were on vacation so what's the rush!! The beds were VERY comfortable and you can't ask for better views from the living room, master bedroom AND dining room! Our 2 year old loved the kids pool & our teenager loved the easy access to the beach. We enjoyed watching the dolphins one morning. Ready for vacation 2015!!! Thanks Ida for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo!!"

  • Location, Location, Location!

"If you like things like Bike riding, walking through the state park one mile away and good restaurants within 100 yard to three miles this is it. Also the public beach is about 1.5 miles away. Beds and furniture are good, kitchen utensils are adequate. overall a nice place. We do not boat, if we would have this is an ideal place to get a rental within a 100 yards with a canal dock in the back yard. Sightseeing trips were limited due to rain, There is no shortage of entertainment opportunities. Certainly will come back."
