"This condo is in a great location. It is the first condo heading east after you cross the Perdido Pass bridge, in an area that is less crowded. To the west is about a mile stretch of undeveloped shoreline. From the front door you have an amazing view of Ono Island and the bay. I feel this 6th floor condo's greatest asset is the balcony and view of the gulf from there! The living room and the master bedroom open up to this large balcony. From the roomy living area and master bedroom you have an amazing view (and even from the kitchen sink)! The kitchen is well stocked and the frig has an ice maker. The condo has lots of room and storage and does have a full size washer and dryer. The only draw back is the small bathrooms, but who wants to waste room on that!
The complex is well maintained and had a security guard on duty during our stay. You do need to purchase a parking pass. 2 elevators are available and we never experienced any issues with them. There is a pool with bathrooms near by.
The owner has some beach accessories available to use if needed.
We really enjoyed our time in this condo and will save it in our favorites. The owner was a pleasure to work it."

"My friend and I started going to Orange Beach 3 years ago. We've stayed in a different condo each time. This one is our favorite so far! The price was a little lower than the others which we really appreciated. It has been nicely updated and has an awesome beachfront view from the balcony. There are now 2 zero-gravity lounge chairs on the porch, along with what is pictured. This end of the beach is less crowded and there were tons of shells! The condo had everything we needed. As for food-- We love to eat at The Shrimp Basket and our newest discovery was "Fiddle Fish", just over the bridge. Great fish tacos! We also tried "The Big Fish Restaurant" on Canal Rd. Definitely pricey but is a little like Bonefish Grill. Don't be fooled by the location.. It is very nice inside. We were surprised to learn that they have a courtyard, too. The weather was nice so we really enjoyed sitting outside..."
