  • Another Great Spring Break

"We just returned from another wonderful Spring Break in Orange Beach! This is our second time renting this condo and we were pleasantly surprised to see that the carpeting had been replaced with new tile. Three adults and four children shared this condo and we all had plenty of room. Cayce is wonderful to work with and responds to emails in a timely manner. We will definitely be back next year!!!"

  • Just what we needed!!!

"The price, place and location was perfect! We have a family of, our boys are 8 and 3. The condo has everything you could need for cooking and laundry. It has 2 bathrooms which is more than our house... that itself was a treat! I would bring beach towels & chairs if you plan on going. There is a seafood store right across the road. There is only one elevator, but even during our spring break stay (Sunday night-Friday morning) foot traffic was light and we never had to wait more than a minute or two. Condo is perfectly cozy and everyone was friendly! The view from the balcony is of the road for the most part, but you are on the Gulf side of the highway... so WIN for not having to cross it to go to the beach!! There are 4 pools. A kiddie pool and two large ones in the dunes and another large one between the condo buidlings. The east large pool is not heated, and gets most of the wind. The west most pool is the 'heated' pool, although in March it was hard to discern more than a few degrees differences if at all. The pool water was cooler than the Gulf, but we managed to get into both. The pool is open until 11pm!!! Perfect for vacation! The SugarShak did open up I think on Wednesday, the music they were playing just made it seem more like vacation! The Gulf that week was a bit rough, you could have easily boogie-boarded, but the tide was pulling hard to the West, so we stuck to wading. The beach is gorgeous and there is enough room for everyone! Plenty of room at the pools as well. We really really enjoyed our stay! Oh, the TV in the photos has been updated, you CAN hook up a PS4 to it... yay!! There is a dishwasher and Brita filter pitcher in the fridge. Instructions for how to log on to the internet are on the fridge. It would drop a lot, but what the heck, you're on vacation anyway!! :) Cable and enough hot water for days.... pair that with the beach and pool and I'm in heaven. We should probably go back when it is warmer to really enjoy the water. Dolphins were out at about 6:30 a.m. Lovely!"

  • Relaxing and remarkably uncrowded for Spring Break

"Take two stressed out college students, one mom in dire need of a break, and a 16 year old son who needs an escape from high school and you have our group - and we all had a great time together! This was our first visit to Orange Beach and this condo. The rooms were clean, kitchen well-stocked, beds comfortable, and the view over the pool and beach was beautiful! Everything we needed was in the unit - and being on the top of the 5-story building meant no one above us, yet not too many stairs when we wanted to use them instead of the elevator. The condo is convenient to any grocery stores needed - only 2 miles away. We were very pleasantly surprised to find the beach practically secluded (compared to Isle of Palms or Destin) during Spring Break week. Though the ocean was cold, the heated pool made our visit the best for both sunbathers and swimmers and the weather was perfect. The bike paths on the road out front work well for joggers and the fitness rooms are as good or better than many hotels - you can get a solid work out in without too many modifications. Local restaurants left a little to be desired but if you like to cook, who needs them? Cosmo's was nicethough and a donut shop we found about 4 miles down the road was quite good . We had everything we needed in the kitchen for all meals. Huge kudos to the maintenance/security staff as I left my camera by the pool one night and when I called the next morning, I was so pleasantly surprised to hear they had picked it up and I retrieved it early that day in perfect shape! I do recommend the sunset dolphin cruise at Bear Point Marina. It was a beautiful trip and the boats were very nice, people were extremely pleasant and informative. We also enjoyed our visit to the Hot Shop for a glassblowing class. So interesting and what great treasures we brought home! Finally, we truly enjoyed our visit and love the keypad entry which is apparently new - it was so nice not to worry about losing a key or having one for each person! If you are looking for a laid-back, relaxing vacation without so many "tourist trap" activities (though parasailing, etc. is available should you want it), this is a great place to go! The town has honest advertising with the phrase, "Small town, big beach"."

  • Great Getaway

"Our family stayed in this unit last year and loved it! Loved the secluded beach and the condo was awesome! Very nice, neat and clean. Plenty of room for our family. We have made this our yearly vacation spot and can't wait to get back again. This summer can't get here fast enough. I would highly recommend this unit."
