"This condo was wonderful. Everyone in our family had all their needs met. The pond for my husband and son to fish in. My daughter and I just took a few steps to the beach. It was very clean at arrival. The condo was plenty big for us at night when settling. I will be back next year."

"I loved my stay in Orange beach in the condo I rented. The condo was beautiful and in a great area not far from anything. The condo had everything I needed from pots and pans to soap, towels, cable and also Netflix etc. No one bothered us except maintenance who keeps the place up to date!lol I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!"

"We just got back from our stay here in June 2015. We really enjoyed this unit. The living area and the master bedroom is quite large. The Master bath is really large too. It was great having two full bathrooms. The previous visit we stayed in the cabins in Gulf Shores State Park and it only had one bathroom. Having two bathrooms was great for when we all got back from the beach and wanted to shower. It was also great having a washer and dryer in the unit. It was nice to be able to have clean towels to take to the beach every day and to go home with mostly clean laundry.
The Deck was great. As far as the eye can see from the deck, was the pond and the scrub lands. We actually spotted an Alligator in the pond the first night and saw him several times later in the week. The pond also has turtles. They must get fed because they poke their heads up and come over to the shore when they hear people talking on the decks. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with coffee and than cocktails.
We did not use the beach access for the condo. It is a pretty good walk over and we have tons of gear (sun canopy, cooler, chairs, floats) so we actually just went to Gulf Shores State park beach. We used that beach on our previous visit when we stayed in the state park and it is great. There is a building with rest rooms and concessions. It is only $6/day and we can park near the walk right down to the beach.
The building had an elevator with a big cart to help haul stuff but we just used the stairs cause we were on the 2nd floor. We were able to park near our unit without any problems.
I went to the pool only once and it was nice. Most of the time there appeared to be a lot of families with young kids so we skipped it. But the day I went it was pretty empty and the water was pretty warm.
We didn't hear anyone for most of our time there but it turns out because the other units were empty. We were able to hear people under us out on their balcony, while we were inside with our door shut. But they didn't stay our long so it was not a problem. And we were able to hear some footsteps above us. So not completely sound proof.
The unit was pretty well equipped. The TV's in the pictures have been replaced with flat screen. The only DVD player is in the master bedroom. I would say our only complaint is that the beds were pretty hard. I think the twin beds were harder than the king."
