  • Most relaxing stay ever

"Sandy was a dream to work with and so very helpful on finding everything locally. Condo was very clean and comfortable. We slept as good if not better than at home. View from the balcony is priceless and we sat every day watching dolphins, fish jump, osprey flying over as well as the pelicans. The pictures are great but the view is even better in person. We enjoyed the pool and the staff was very helpful. All of Sandy's restaurant suggestions were great! We cannot wait to plan our next trip and would not consider staying anywhere else. This was our first vacation in five years and it was worth waiting for. Thanks Sandy!"

  • Great condo

"This was my first time to rent a condo and I was leary about renting something without seeing it first but we were very pleased when we arrived. Everything was clean and just the way it was advertised. Gayle was honest and easy to work with and responded to emails in a timely manner. We had 4 adults and a baby and stayed for 7 days and all of us absolutely loved it. If and when we stay in Orange Beach again, I will stay there again. I would recommend this property."

  • Great week on the beach.

"This condo was right on the beach and exactly as pictured. My family of four (2 adults, 1 school-aged kid and 1 toddler) had plenty of space for the week. The building is easy to find. And, bonus, it's right by a traffic light. That makes it easy to find after dark and easy to get in and out of the parking lot. There are grocery stores nearby, including Wal-Mart, dollar stores, and liquor stores. The building has an indoor/outdoor pool. It was well-maintained. The patio has plenty of deck chairs and tables. The unit itself is on the east corner of the building. Because of this, the windows in both bedrooms offer fantastic views of the beach. The buildings to the east of the condo are 2-story houses, so the views from the bedrooms are not obstructed by another condo building. The living room also has 2 big windows with beach views. The balcony is perfect. There are 4 chairs and 2 small tables, just right for morning coffee or afternoon Popsicle break. The only downside of the condo location is that the master bedroom is near the elevator, so there is some noise from that at night and early morning. The bedrooms are just what you would expect. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom attached. The shower in the master bath has a hand-held shower head, which was handy for using with the toddler. You may want to bring your own pillows. There is plenty of space - we kept all the family's luggage in this room. The 2nd bedroom is pretty small. The queen bed takes up most of the room. But, again, there is a big window and the room gets plenty of light, so it doesn't seem cramped, especially if you're using it for kids. The kitchen area has everything you need and the appliances are easy to use. There's a strange assortment of utensils and dishes and pans, probably a mix of what the owners provided and what other vacationers have left behind. Don't worry - there are several bottle openers and cork screws! The living room has a small table with 4 upholstered chairs, a couch, and two chairs. It's exactly how it looks in the photos. In general, the condo is clean. The floors, kitchen and bathrooms were clean, although there was some mold in the bathroom. The linens were not luxurious, but they were adequate. The owner was great to work with, we booked months in advance, and he kept in touch- even sent a Xmas card! For breakfast, try Cafe Beignet, by Winn Dixie. King Neptune's (Gulf Shores) has a great lunch."

  • Beautiful Condo!

"We have been down many times for spring break in the past and stayed in lots of other places. This is a nice, clean condo and perfect for two or a small family. October is a great time to be at the beach. Chris was great to work with and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to going back soon."
