  • Beautiful condo with a beautiful view!

"We had a wonderful time at this condo. Everything looked just like the pictures and we had everything we needed. We loved the view from the bedroom and the kids loved the bunk room as well. The balcony was a wonderful place to sit and eat or just relax and enjoy the sunsets. We will definitely plan on coming here again."

  • Hope to have this wonderful experience again

"Of course, I agree with the rest of reviews, truly better than the pictures, clean, well decorated, beautiful layout, kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms lovely @ entrance of condo. Beds comfortable, 2 set of towels for each bedroom. 1set lovely white. Could not bring myself to use. Beds @ the back of condo (entrance). This allows for wonderful times in living room, kitchen, dining area. Balcony beautiful, with lovely seating. Truly can see/hear ocean 24/7. Only problem we had was with dryer not working. Text Dennis, offered right away to have it looked at, we chose to pass, because frankly, having such a good time @ condo so lovely not a big deal. Owners where so very easy to work with and accommodating. I could not imagine a better experience. The building itself, quiet, elavators not a problem even though on the 18th floor. Access to the beach literally accross the street, with no problem crossing @ anytime. Watched family do it all day long with ease. Beach great truly @ the quiet end of gulf shores! Lovely grocery store on less than 10minutes away "Rouses". This condo truly is location, location, location. But that of course, means nothing if owners, if place is not excellent. However, this it truly total package. Thank you so much! Side note: loved the place so much not sure how I feel about sharing, but it is the right thing to do!"

  • RAD

"If the Davis family asked me what they could have done to improve my guest experience, I would have to answer, "absolutely nothing." They had thought of things that I did not even know that I wanted or needed. There were 6 top of the line bikes available, Tennis racquets, tennis balls ( lots of them ) a basketball, rafts, chairs, umbrellas...even a stainless steel beach caddy with balloon tires to transport your beach goodies without any hassle. This home is not your "everyday" rental. First, it is decorated with high end decor and furniture. One would not expect to see this in a rental. Everything in this luxurious home is over the top nice right down to the Isotonic Indulgence pillows on the bed. One would think that it is the owners personal home. We had breakfast, lunch, coffee, and dinner on a different balcony everyday. I cannot say enough about this property except that "I will be back." Thank you Jim for sharing a bit of heaven with us."

  • AMAZING beach house!!!

"My husband and I chose this beach house for our wedding ceremony and reception, we couldn't have chosen a better place. We planned for a beach ceremony but it rained so we had the ceremony under the house. Sherry (owner) also had available nice white wooden beach chairs, tables, tiki torches and a host of other items available for rent so we didn't need to hunt down vendors in the area for our special day. There was more than enough room for our ceremony and the reception under the home. The kitchen is truly a chef's kitchen, Sherry has made sure there are plenty of serving dishes as well as flatware for a large group of people. If you are looking for a place for a wedding, birthday party or any other special occasion, THIS IS THE PLACE! The home is extremely clean and inviting. In the evening it was so nice to be able to lie in bed and listen to the waves crash against the shore from the immaculate honeymoon suite upstairs. We've vacationed several times along the beaches of the gulf coast but never anywhere as accommodating and stylish as this home. The home is decorated with beautiful beach themed items and has a nice charm about it. My father-in-law LOVED the balcony off of the main living room that overlooks the ocean. He sat out there most of the 3 days he was there. There are plenty of activities for the kids to do from games, to movies, to beach activities, which Sherry has made sure to stock the closet with misc. beach toys for the kiddos. Our guests loved the restaurants just a few miles from the home, it couldn't be situated in a better location. Sherry, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALLOWING US TO STAY AT YOUR LOVELY HOME. We look forward to returning soon!!! P.S., since staying in your lovely home, my husband now wants to buy a beach house!"

Known as the "Heart of Dixie," Alabama borders Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi and Florida. Though the capital of Alabama is Montgomery, the most populated city is Birmingham and the oldest city is Mobile, which was founded by French colonists.

For anyone looking to escape cold, wet winters, the climate in Alabama ranges from mild to hot with summer temperatures climbing to 100 degrees - perfect for a warm getaway. Winters are less harsh here, with temperatures ranging from 30 to 60 degrees.

History buffs will enjoy exploring any of the state’s 36 national historic landmarks and more than 1,200 locations that are part of the National Register of Historic Places. All of Alabama is steeped in rich and interesting facts from its beginning up until the present time.
