"We feel lucky to find Eagle Head. Our family spent a wonderful time there. The log cabin is very well maintained and decorated nicely. Our hosts, Ron and Denise are so nice and helpful. They made us feel like visiting friends instead of just renting the place. Ron showed my husband and son how to clean the fishes. And I enjoyed talking to Denise every day after our outings. I will definitely recommend to friends."

The people who manage the property are polite and helpful, they always responded immediately.
The location was convenient .Near airport, and Kincaid park
There was parking
Clean, but not fancy, furniture and cooking utensils are adequate, but not opulent.
No laundry in unit, but there is pay laundry within complex; always broken.
Make sure that you upgrade the internet if you use it, there isn't enough except for craigslist, facebook, email, or text.
Overall, it met my needs, and I would stay here again. We stayed a month, and did upgrade internet for $50."

Delightful property-I hope to stay here again on future visit
"We loved the apartment for our time in Anchorage. It was so spacious, clean with comfortable beds and nice linens, and shades for going to bed at 10:30 PM when it is still light outside. The location was perfect to access the main highways both north and south for our day adventure trips. As a family with young adults, we did a ton of hiking, and Sue was gracious to lend a cooler, so we could pack our picnic lunches for the day. Beautiful plants, and well maintained property. Sue is a delightful hostess-we loved our little chats, and were delighted with the local company she suggested for kayaking in Whittier. Initially, my oldest daughter was concerned that we were not staying downtown, but she quickly learned that there is not much of a "scene" for her age. We can't wait to come back!"
