  • Fish On Cabin was a perfect place for our stay on the Kenai Peninsula

"Fish On Cabin is located halfway between Homer and Seward, near Sterling. The cabin is so clean and homey. We loved all the Alaskan decorations and funny quotes. We did a fly in salmon trip that was suggested to us by the owner and it was awesome. We were able to clean our own salmon, vacuum pack it and freeze it, right at the cabin. We cooked some of the salmon we caught on the grill for supper! Took quite a few trips into Soldotna for groceries and fish freezer boxes. Did not take very long to get there at all. We went halibut fishing and vacuum packed and froze that also. We went to Seward and took a lunch cruise to an island with a lodge. They were all great things to do and it was a wonderful place to stay! We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone who loves the outdoors, wildlife and especially fishing! Thanks, Again!"

  • LOVED this place!

"My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (1 and 3) in June 2014. Gorgeous home in a gorgeous location. The condo was fully equipped (great kitchen for cooking our breakfast and nightly meals), washer and dryer, satellite TV, huge windows in the living room with a gorgeous view. I have nothing bad to say about this condo. It was very close to the resort, although it was summer so we were not participating in snow sports. It is also a very convenient location if you have to go into Anchorage, as my husband did for work. Finally, it is a great location for local sightseeing and outdoor activities. We cannot wait to go back!"

  • Great place to stay

"This house is sunny (lots of windows), clean and comfortable, with beautiful plants! A well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating in the living room, cozy bedrooms, and a big bathroom to top it off. Close to both the airport and downtown Anchorage. We would definitely recommend this place."

  • fall visit and fishing

"Eagle Head is amazing! No other words do it justice. These "cabins" are better than anybodies home, and at the same time rustic. They really give you that Alaska feel that is part of the magic of the visit. Great views of the river, the eagles, and great salmon too. Ron and Denise are like family, and they make sure every need is accomodated. They also arranged a float trip for rainbows and arctic char to see more of the river, so there was variety to the fishing. Big fish and lots of fun. I will definitely be back... :)"
