  • Great place in Wasilla.

"Our family of 4 stayed here for a hockey tournament. It was a great place for resting, being quiet, and it was very comfortable. We could make our own food in the well stocked kitchen. It was cheaper than staying in a motel. The kids liked the games, access to wi-fi, and t.v. (It's winter time- none of that in the summer- we are outside). It was spacious for our family and hockey gear."

  • Beautiful Cabin and View

"We loved the cabin and wished we were staying longer so much more than pics show. We went for my cousin's wedding at Settler's Bay Lodge and wished we had more time to enjoy everything offered with the cabin. Kathryn was helpful and also brought me things I forgot to do the hair before the wedding(dryer and rollers). Our daughter loved the cabin too and already said we are going back. Location seemed centralized too for all the places we went while there."

  • Great Place for Family Summer Time Fun!

"My wife and I, along with our kids and grandkids had a wonderful time in your home. The lake is quiet and the trout fishing was awesome! Our grandkids ages 4 & 8, had so much fun catching fish and taking tours in the rowboat on the lake. Don't want to forget to mention smores in the fire pit by the lake! The house was well maintained and the kitchen is modern with a big great room which makes it great for family time. Charity the owner was very responsive to any questions. The kids want to come back next year!"

  • Great Place!!!!!!!!

"We travelled a long way to meet our first grandchild and this was the perfect place for it. The view of the lake and mountains was fantastic. The peace and tranquility - outstanding! Since the lake was frozen solid we observed people and vehicles travelling accross it - even a plane taking off every morning! Awesome! Even though it was cold and snowy the house was so cozy and comfortable. The house is furnished with everything you need and beautifully decorated. The photos do not do it justice. We would love to come back in fall! Everything about are experience was fabulous. There could not be any better place to stay in the area."
