"Fun, cozy cabin… beautiful scenery from the back porch and out by the lake. Studio is spacious and sleeps three, in addition to a recliner. We only stayed for two days and didn't need them, but the washer and dryer are a nice option too. The bathroom has washcloths and towels, but they're pretty basic - I'd suggest bringing your bath items from home. A nice place to step away from it all and get some R&R, without being too remote. My husband and I had a great getaway weekend and would definitely stay again!"

"Rainbow Lake Lodge was EXACTLY what a crazy busy family of four needed in a vacation! The serenity that surrounded us was unlike anything we've experienced before and allowed us to decompress, slow down, and enjoy the beauty of the the nature that surrounded us and the pleasure of each other's company.
Gone were the hundreds of cable channels and tablet games and instead we explored the Well's beautiful property and took out the paddle boat onto the lake at 11:30 at night to fish while listening to the loons and watching the lake otters.
The hosts are wonderful! Always available, always willing and ready to help make our stay an enjoyable and memorable one! And that it was!
We didn't want to leave and are already planning our next trip! Rainbow Lake Lodge is definitely a place we would come to again and would recommend to our family and friends! In fact, we already have!!!"

"Adorable quaint cabin with spectacular yard, views and dock... And dogs too (if you want them). The owner lives next door and gave us full access to kayaks, fire pit, lounge chairs and even his dog... Because we are dog lovers! This was heaven for us! We stayed over July 4th and never saw the owner except the day we checked in and again when we checked out. He was very friendly and helpful. Oh and it was a nice surprise to have laundry machines - they even provided laundry detergent. The best part for us was being able to go out on the kayaks as we pleased and watching the float planes take off. We recommend this place to anyone who enjoys the outdoors but likes to be near grocery stores and Starbucks too!"

"My brother, sister and I spent a week in the Pioneer Cabin in late August and loved it. Loved the layout, there was ample room for the three of us to have our "space" and the entire cabin was quite cozy. A gas fireplace and a rocking chair made the perfect spot for morning coffee. Downstairs bath was divided into two compartments with the dressing area separate from the shower. Linens were fresh and easily replaced by our host - just leave them on the porch when you leave and bingo, they have been laundered on you return.
Lonnie was amazing and took care of any needs by a simple phone call or text. Wish we had had a month or so to stay - too much to enjoy and so little time.
Thanks, Lonnie, for our little home while we where in Palmer.
Note: we are all over 55 and did just fine on the ladder to the loft but someone less fit might have a little problem getting up to second bedroom/bath."
