"My friends and I could not be happier with renting this home for a long weekend. All of the rooms were very well kept and clean. The home was cozy and comfortable and we would definitely return! Our only issue was the master bathroom's toilet clogged very easily and unclogged not so easily. All and all we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this property."

"We just stayed in this cabin and had the best family getaway! There were 4 families - my husband and I and our 2 kids, my parents, my sister, her husband and her 2 kids and my brother, his wife and 3 kids. Let me first say that the cabin is 3 levels and offers privacy when you needed it. The views are stunning as if you are in a mansion treehouse. Spacious room and everything was beyond our expectations. Down comforters on all beds, luxury linens and towels. Not sure why the last person wrote the review they did, in fact every single room had smart tv and they were all hooked up and fully functioning. Possible a user error on their part.
With a large group we decided to cook mostly at the cabin then venture out. The house is stocked with everything you would have at home, even a keurig! I love my coffee, especially with a house full of kids! We are Italian so we cooked a lot of meals from veal to lamb. A helpful tip - in higher elevations food cooks much faster. Just watch closely. There is a huge island and a large eat in kitchen. We set up one section for kids and another for adults.
We had snow while we were there and the scene was breathtaking. What is great about this place is the kids can sled down the drive way and when they were finished we ran back inside to warm up and have hot cocoa. Whew! That was convenient with all the kids! I would not suggest parking at the top of the driveway during storms because when plowed it iced over. At the bottom there is a carved out area and we all had SUV's. The driveway was not that long maybe 50' give or take.
The owner Stacy Ghazi suggested some site seeing ideas. We moved to Arizona last summer and have not been able to venture out much. She suggested to take a drive 89A South from Flagstaff to Sedona. This drive was stunning going through the mountains, down canyons, seeing river streams and cute shops and sight seeing along the way. Sedona was more than I ever imaged. This was on my bucket list and now I live in a state that I can see this any time I wish. She also suggested www.thetrain.com taking a train from a cute little town Williams to the Grand Canyon. This was fun for all! They had a cowboy show prior to boarding the train. Let me say our kids are now cowboys too! The train ride was a lot of fun and the Grand Canyon was heavenly. If you have never been and stay at this cabin it is an easy trip and a must see!
Thank you Stacy for everything! We will be returning this summer!"

"My mom had been talking about going to the Grand Canyon since we were in high school and for her 60th birthday we were finally able to make her dream come true. Tumbling Rock Ranch made her birthday vacation PERFECT! There were ten of us that stayed in the house - all over 26 years old. There are three main bedrooms and one office with a futon, two full bathrooms, and one bathroom with a sink/toilet/washer/dryer. Four couples had rooms and the other had to stay in the main living room on the pull out couch. There were plenty of blankets/pillows/sheets to accommodate everyone.
The house is beautiful and provides everything you could need - a huge kitchen, huge living room, huge bar area with legit bar and a pool table. There is a grill/fire place outside that we used a lot, then a fire pit a short walk away from the house. Having a washer/dryer on site was also great. The house is also one floor so any kind of mobility issues are not a problem here. Any time we needed anything, Don and Carolyn responded to our emails or texts within an hour, they were super attentive to our needs. We also did the petroglyph tour with Don which we would all HIGHLY recommend.
The drive to the south rim of the Grand Canyon is about an hour and forty five minutes (we thought it'd seem far but it really didn't because it's such a beautiful drive) - we did this three times, went to Sedona one day, and relaxed in the area the other two days (one of which we went into Seligman and one of which we spent with Don on his day tour). You can stop in Williams on your way home from the Grand Canyon to get groceries but there isn't much to do near the ranch at night. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fire making smores or having wine by the indoor fire place on the nights it was cold outside.
We would all HIGHLY recommend this for family vacations! Thanks for making my mom's 60th so special!!"
