  • The pictures don't do this house justice

"I wasn't sure what to expect when looking at the pictures of this house, but it was the only place that would accommodate our group of 14 adults, plus 4 kids (ages ranging from 9 months to 6 years old). The house was perfect for our group. The multiple levels allowed the couples without kids to sleep in and the toddlers to go to sleep early. There is no bathroom on the main level, where the kitchen and living room are but that wasn't a big deal. We brought an adjustable gate to prevent the toddlers from falling down the stairs. The house is in an ideal location for getting into downtown Flagstaff. The onsite owners were very accommodating with allowing us to store bikes in their garage, providing basketballs and just being extremely friendly with all of our guests and kids. We would definitely stay at this house again. The reasons for 4 starts instead of 5 is: -we paid $300 cleaning fee, but still had to strip the beds and sort the towels at the end of our stay. I've never had to do this in other rental homes, it is typically included in the cleaning fee. -the paper supplies are limited (toilet paper 1 per bathroom, no paper towels or additional trash bags provided) -no dishwasher (bring your disposable plates and utensils for easy cleaning from a large group) These things are minor but a good thing to know before packing for your stay. Enjoy!"

  • excellent

"Felt like home from the minute we arrived. Judy was very responsive during the booking process and was quick to get back to me to answer questions we had. Sedona is a beautiful area with a lots to see and do. Great walking trails and Cottonwood Old Town and Sedona Old Town are a must to visit. We played golf 4 times at nearby golf courses. Loved the hot tub after a game of golf."

  • Comfortable Home in a Great Location

"My husband and I have been to Sedona many times for day and weekend trips. We wanted more time to really explore the Sedona area. We also were hoping for a quiet home to use as our base. Mark's home is located in a great spot. A very peaceful neighborhood in West Sedona, with no traffic noise, but friendly neighbors and within walking distance to several restaurants and a very short drive to Uptown Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek and hiking trails. Mark created a very comfortable atmosphere with his personal touches that make it a very welcoming home. His attention to detail was what impressed us the most. If you enjoy reading, you will appreciate his library of books. Mark is a very gracious host. If you have questions or comments, he responds and reacts quickly. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and he had all kitchen and barbecue items available, plus a washer/dryer and much more. We would stay there again and highly recommend Mark’s home. We left feeling we found a friend Thank you for letting us share your delightful home. We sincerely hope to return."

  • Sedonas Best!!!!

"It was our first trip to Sedona. Heather and Ken made it so easy that it felt like we are residents of Sedona. Extremely friendly, welcoming, giving and well organized. Room has everything you need - great attention to details. Our day started with a walk to Cathedral Peak from different directions. What to do and where to eat in Sedona is very well researched by Ken & Heather so follow that without any hesitation. Definitely need to make another trip.................Surender & Ruchi"
