  • AWESOME HOUSE!!! BREATHTAKING VIEWS!! GORGEOUS CREEK FRONT YARD!!!!

"We come to Sedona a couple times a year. We have stayed at all the very best accommodations and NONE of those places can even come CLOSE to this gorgeous, beautifully decorated, wonderfully appointed house RIGHT on Oak Creek! We were speechless when we entered the property - it is an architectural wonder and decorated beautifully! The master bedroom is fabulous, the master shower is awesome and you could use the master bedroom walk-in closet as another bedroom it's so big!! The other two bedrooms were very comfortable - each with their own bathroom. The kitchen and great room are HUGE, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you could ever need. Now . . . on to the backyard: one step out the door onto the vast balcony/deck and you can hear the creek. Down the curving stone steps, across the beautiful, HUGE, grassed yard, you will find flagstone patios overlooking the beautiful creek. On further inspection, you will find steps going right into the creek. I spent many warm days IN the creek with my dogs - it was Heaven! We only spent one day in downtown Sedona - who would want to leave this beautiful property for even an hour?! Our sincerest thanks to Toby (who let us bring our dogs) and the next door neighbor - if we had any questions, they were always available. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!!"

  • WE SCORED!

"Just like the other reviews, we walked into an overflowing fruit basket and a bottle of wine! Such a nice touch! The place was clean and spacious and every level had an amazing view of the Peaks! Our daughter got married down the road but we gathered with the bridesmaids before the wedding and just had the time of our lives....and everyone commented on how awesome of a place we "scored"! Even someone was interested in renting it out in the winter! For two nights we had a wonderful fire in the pit outside, giggled and laughed , hope no one was awakened but we just felt very at home! This place was simply amazing and has so much room......many didn't know about the downstairs bathroom but when found out, they were there.......Our hosts were amazing.....this is the place to rent , no doubt, hands down! Made our weekend! So comfortable with all the ammenties! The main bedroom.....bed was so comfortable and the bathroom, a dream! If your thinking of renting a place this one is it, don't even look anywhere else! You will see what I mean.......again thanks to our hosts for a real treat of a weekend!"

  • Perfect!

"Our week at this ranch was a really enjoyable time for all. The owners are wonderful people, and made us feel at home immediately. The pictures are accurate - this is truly a gorgeous home. We (family of 6) used this as a "home base" to tour the grand canyon, sedona, flagstaff, etc, but our children seemed to have the most fun just exploring and hiking the vast property. Definitely just build in a couple of "rest" days to hang around the property. The property is not close to the sites we were visiting, but we enjoyed the drives. The benefits that this secluded property offered far outweighed the benefits of being close to several attractions. We would definitely stay here again. Next time, we would consider a four wheel drive. The backroads can be slippery at times. While Don graciously drove us up the wet road one day (and didn't seem to mind at all), a four wheel drive would be better for us (but only needed if it rained and I guess snowed - which we didn't have). All in all, amazing time, great property! Thanks Don and Carolyn!"

  • Absolutely Perfect

"I brought a group of 12 to stay at the Contentment Lodge for a five day retreat. The space was immaculate and exactly what we were looking for. If we had personally designed something for our group, it would have been just like this space! Every detail of the outside and inside makes it very clear that this was designed with love and spiritual intent. We felt truly blessed to be able to enjoy the space for this very special event. Much love to Johanna and also to Natalie for making our experience so wonderful! We hope to be back soon!"
