"This could be one of the best vacation rentals we've had through VRBO (and we've stayed at a bunch). Perfectly located (away from the crowds, close to hiking and restaurants), wonderfully private, incredible views, all the luxuries of home and space to run for our dog. The Casita is well stocked and offered us everything we needed to make our short stay enjoyable. The hot tub was a real bonus after a day of hiking and mountain biking. Excellent communication on all elements of the rental. Highly recommended!"

"Our family of four plus dog just had our first true family vacation! What a perfect homebase for hiking and biking each day. We even did a day trip to the Grand Canyon. It was a nice to be able to come back to a quiet home as well have a place for our dog to sleep and relax during the day. Thanks Crystal for answering all of our questions!"

"The house was large and very nice nine bedrooms for floors two bedrooms two baths on the top floor two bedrooms two baths on the second to the top floor the main floor has no bathroom and is all common area kitchen living room the basement has five bedrooms two of them do not have a private bath. The house in the furnishings were nicer than I expected. We stayed on the top floor with children don't underestimate four flights of stairs when caring sleeping children all the way up to their beds that was very quiet and peaceful up there. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. Plan to wash your dishes. No dishwasher.
There were a few things that I thought could be greatly improved upon,
there was only two towels in each bathroom not enough for four days day there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom not enough there was no soap in the bathroomsThere was only three large trash bags for the trash no recycling system set up for a town that recycle so heavily like Flagstaff there should've been two bins so that we can separate our recyclables. And a place to take. We hauled it to a recycle center ourselves. There were broken chairs that we were told we shouldn't sit in they should've been removed from the House there was a beautiful grand piano we were told couldn't be played even though we paid a substantial cleaning fee we were told we had to strip the beds and take all the linens and the towels down to the basement. I think a list ahead of time would have been nice. Instead we had a tour the first night we arrived outlining all the "rules". A little awkward during our dinner hour."

"We stayed for a week's time and like many going into something like this could not be certain as to what to expect. From the start of my inquiries, the responses from the owner were quick, thorough and considerate. Thereafter and once we arrived, the cabin was truly "turn key" in that everything was provided and/or available. It made packing easier as well as allowed us to enjoy our time there with numerous visits to the local store. Most importantly and as pictured, the family room and master bedroom both have incredible views of the pines trees and golf course. we really felt like we were in another world...great time for the family and a great cabin for gathering. Thank you!"
