"Location and views were wonderful, but the best part is how welcoming the space was when we came home to it after a day of hiking or shopping. Note in the description that the unit is less than 900 sq ft. The photos make it look larger than it is; but the space is well designed, and it is comfortable for two or three. The many large windows in the living/kitchen area are east facing, making the entire unit feel cheery as the sun rose over the rocks during breakfast. We also enjoyed watching the moonrise over the rocks from the outdoor hot tub. The covered deck offered shade or sun for eating or relaxing, and the bedroom balcony gave us views to the northwest. The unit is very close to shopping and restaurants and yet offered us privacy, safety, and quiet as though we were the only ones in town. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of bedding and linens. Just a note that the outdoor hot tub is shared with guests from two other units. But this was not an issue as the other guests did not use it when we did."

"Photos are accurate and the homeowner was very responsive and provided a lot of good information. My kids loved the swing, tree house, and creek. Unlike some rentals you can tell the owner actually uses this because of the personal property in the house. Everything was functional and the house would be 5 stars if the major appliances were updated."

"We just spent five great nights at Terra Bella, our second year in a row visiting the property; last August we stayed in the adjacent Casita. The accommodations are fantastic. No attention to detail is spared, we enjoyed the serenity, fully stocked kitchen, spacious and immaculate rooms, and found the house to be wanting of nothing. We spent much of our time relaxing in the yard with the views of Bell Rock and enjoying the hot tub. We will be back again, you cannot go wrong here."

"Well, if you want to be in the thick of things and be surrounded by the hordes, this is not your spot. A short 10 minute ride out of the West side of town brought us to this secluded scenic ranch. Great to have a separate sleeping quarter for our 17 and 20 year old to call there own. We did not use the kitchen (except for the refrigerator), although it seemed to very well stocked. The town is a short jump and you can find everything from high end to beer joints for eating. The Barking Frog was awesome. We took a balloon ride and true to Tony's word, we passed right over the house. So, we got up the next morning (at 6) to wave at more balloons coming over. Jerome is more than worth the drive--don't miss the haunted Hotel. The Red Rock State Park drive, literally 1/2 mile form the house, is so beautiful--don't miss it. Hiking abounds and we liked the one that starts next to the bridge over Wilson Canyon on the other side of town. Tony is a great guy. He made us feel at home."
